Operators must face up to it and actively deal with it. I stayed in a two-bedroom villa near the sea. My first impression after entering the room was that the hotel's welcome fruit plate and towel arrangements in the online pictures were not provided. I couldn't feel the enthusiasm of a five-star hotel for its guests. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not cooling enough, and the hotel immediately sent personnel to make emergency repairs, which was acceptable. The mat on the desk was full of stains, the water system in the shower fell off during use, and the large bathtub had obvious water stains. I didn't have the courage to take a bath. The facilities in the swimming pool garden are also in many places and have not been replaced or repaired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. There is a road near the hotel, which is only a five-minute walk away. There are restaurants on both sides of the road, and Thai massage shops are everywhere at reasonable prices. Others are just small shops for tourists and there is nothing worth buying. The breakfast provided by the hotel needs to be selected one night in advance. There are many options, both Thai and Western. It is cooked and served in the restaurant in the morning. It is fresh and hot, and the portion is enough to satisfy the big eater. It is another favorite in the hotel. Satisfactory service and facilities. All in all, for a five-star hotel, it may have been qualified in the early years, but I personally think it is a bit reluctant now, and the services and facilities are not up to five-star standards!
