1. The hotel has a beach and a swimming pool. The rooms are divided into two parts by the street. We booked a Sea Wing Suite, but when we arrived we found out it was not a sea view room, but just one close to the beach. Not sure how to book a sea view room. 2. The biggest problem with the room is the humidity. The sheets feel damp, and the floor is damp, so it feels unclean. I personally think it's because of the humidity. I was not used to it on the first day, but I accepted it after a few days. Fortunately, the children were very happy at the swimming pool and beach. If you mind, please pay attention. 3. Hotels in Koh Samui charge per person, and the fee varies according to the age of the child, so please check carefully. We didn't know until we got to the hotel that a 13-year-old child was told to pay extra money, thinking that if he didn't add an extra bed, he wouldn't be charged. No, he added more than 300 yuan a night, but fortunately the hotel also helped to add a bed, and there was breakfast, so I feel it's acceptable. The breakfast is quite rich. 4. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the busiest street. There is a convenience store and a small gift shop diagonally opposite the entrance, so it is convenient to buy daily necessities. 5. Regarding the service, I personally feel it is quite satisfactory. The service is not bad, but I can feel that they are more enthusiastic towards European and American guests.
