Everything was pitch perfect and I was impressed with the theme of healthy and delicious food all over the day. It has quadrupled my trip pleasure.
One suggestion- the pout of wash basin in bathroom should be slight more long for the user comfort

Absolute Sanctuary is absolutely amazing! I chose the 5-day Yoga holiday, and from start to finish, it was fantastic. The programme was organised and booked in advance, so we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and clean, amd the food was delicious! The hotel never felt crowded or full, so we were able to relax and unwind. The hotel also offered shuttle services to different areas on Samui, so we were also able to see the island. In particular, I'd like to mention the following staff who made my stay extra special: Lisa, Alis, Joy, Bank, Netty, Wi, Eye, Kung, Golf, Pookie, Hong, Bee and Jana. I'll definitely be returning!

I’ve just completed 5 day yoga retreat holiday and have to say I’ve loved every minute. The programme was all booked and very thoughtfully prepared on arrival. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly- always happy to help ( Lisa, Nee, Alis- thank you so much!) Spa treatments were superb, especially Mo- I’ve loved all my massages. Restaurant has a wide variety of delicious dishes and the staff are very helpful. Natty, Wi, Joy, Bank, Eye - thank you so much for looking after us. Yoga and Pilates sessions were great quality, I feel I’ve improved so much. I can’t wait to be back again next year!

Went for the pilates and wellness retreat for 5d4n. It was a great experience. Room is nice and cosy. Love the heated pool and quiet environment. The programme was well- planned. Pilates instructor Kevin is very good - one of the best I’ve had. Resort manager Jee is also very helpful and friendly. There are also shuttle buses to bring you out of the resort if you are bored. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable retreat if you just want to detox/reset your mind and body 👍🏻

First time to a pilates wellness retreat and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered the resort. The atmosphere and vibe of the whole resort was really designed to be relaxing. Many facilities and we even get to enjoy complimentary meditation and yoga classes (which were not part of our prearranged schedule). Our host Jee was very helpful and very accomodating to changes in our class schedule. Pilates instructor Kevin was very good in his teaching sessions, tough class but had an enjoyable time. Meals provided were not only nutritious but tasted good as well. Variety of massages to choose from as well. Overall a very pleasant stay and will recommend to anyone who not only wants tobwork out but relax at the same time.

I had a most wonderful break at Absolute Sanctuary. The entire staff there (front desk, Love Kitchen, spa, instructors) were all very professional and provides the best service and support for my stay and program. There are many activities available to choose from on top of the program including daily shuttle out to the beaches and night markets, group recreation activities and workshops etc. Of course there is the also option to just take it slow and relax. I was fully engaged during my week there for the Reformer Pilates Bootcamp and went away with many pointers on how to improve my posture and movement. I highly recommend this place for anyone wants a break from the daily grind to focus on their mental and physical wellbeing.

My partner and I just did the Pilates & Wellness Retreat and we have to say that it went above and beyond our expectations. It was actually our first time doing Pilates and we loved learning from our instructor, we loved how much variety there was and how much fun it was. We have appreciated every single meal we had, they were all so healthy and beautiful. The fresh seafood, fruits and juices are memorable and we’re going to miss it. We needed a wellness reboot and go back into a great routine and today we are leaving fresh and re-energized. The spa experiences were each of them very unique. We had our best massage in 4 years traveling around Asia and testing many different wellness places. The Aroma oil massage was our favourite, it was just very different from any other massage. Finally we want to thank everyone at the resort who made it so special, so peaceful, stress-free and welcoming. We would recommend it to anyone who’s already on a journey with Pilates or has never tried like both of us. Thank you absolute

My very first wellness retreat experience ever, and it was amazing! Thanks to Absolute Sanctuary and its team of welcoming staff. Attended the Men's Vitality experience 7-days experience and had an amazing time. The all-inclusive food was amazing and mouth-watering, yet healthy! The pilates, yoga, and fitness classes were great, and caters to even inexperienced non-flexible guys like myself. Then the massages, detox programs, and sauna room took me on a home run wrap up, daily! Not forgetting the many sincere and welcoming staff and coaches at the resort for my program - Thank you all for this amaxing wellness experience. The only detractor was how rain impacts the power supply. But all in all, even the room services were handled so well and with sincere care + the sustainability efforts from the resort. Have already recommended this to my peers as an absolutely amazing experience!

Another wonderful year at Absolute Sanctuary. This is our 6th year hosting a retreat at Absolute bringing guests from Australia to experience this wonderful serene setting in Koh Samui. The staff go above and beyond every year to make our stay special. They treat us like we are part of their family. From management to front desk, restaurant to house keeping - we are always greeted with a smile. Absolute Sanctuary has become a home away from home. If you are looking for a holiday to relax, reset and renew Absolute is a must. We cannot wait to return in 2025 ＜3
