The Privilege Hotel Ezra Beach Club

So! We spent the last 2 nights of our vacation here. I don't know where to start. This is the first hotel out of 5 on Samui that checked us in at 14:10, we arrived earlier and already realized that some kind of unhealthy topic was starting. We were always checked in earlier everywhere) A room was booked in a Deluxe hotel. At 14:00 we were told that we would change the room for a larger villa, just make a deposit. No problem, we thought) as a result, we were taken to some abandoned "houses" about 50 meters from the hotel, we didn't immediately understand what was going on, some kind of fuss among the staff, they were cleaning the area. But then everything fell into place, the hotel had no rooms for us, and plan B included supposedly villas that were scary to be in, a barn-castle, huge cracks in the wooden windows, and a burst pipe that was sealed with duct tape and everything was "madam, okay". They were able to move us only the next day, we came to the reception with our suitcases at 12:00, they told us to wait until 14:00. Great, right? The next day we were still waiting for our move. Although we booked 2 nights and planned to spend them calmly. All this was done with such unhappy faces, it was terrible. As it turned out, we were not the only ones who were unhappy, the guys next to us were also in shock from their troubles. This was the first hotel "with 4 stars 😂", before that we were in hotels with 3, well, what can I say - it was never so bad anywhere, I can't even compare it to anything. If I hadn't reminded you about the deposit, they wouldn't have given it back either) that's how much fun it turned out to be.

I was in this hotel a year ago. The service has deteriorated greatly. There is a queue at breakfast in the restaurant, you have to wait until you have the opportunity to go in, the breakfasts are meager, the dishes are empty, they are not promptly replenished. They can easily forget about ordering drinks.
