Well situated at the southern end of Fisherman's Village, but close enough to walk everywhere. Surrounded by local eateries, massage places, tour desks, and bars, this Mediterranean style hotel is a stand out with friendly staff, who are always on hand to offer advice and answer questions about the local area. The rooms were nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. A number of rooms have a sea view. A good breakfast is available at a reasonable price, by prior order. Would return again if I were in the area.

Coup de coeur pour une suite hôtelière sur la plage ️ Chambre Deluxe vue mer, Fisherman's village, avec PISCINE ROOFTOP (toit-terrasse) à 32€ seulement, en promotion spéciale. l' Hacienda Fisherman's Village Koh Samui en bord de plage. Une entrée modeste et une piscine sur le toit terrasse avec une vue panoramique incroyable sur tout Fisherman's Village. J'ai adoré également la suite résidentielle au bord de l'eau Merci aussi à Da (manager) pour son sympathique et chaleureux accueil

Booked this 14 months ahead as part of a month in Koh samui and wanted to spend first week here as spending a lot of time in evening in fisherman’s Village as this was perfectly placed etc. 3 months before we booked got a short email saying they overbooked and after one more email our booking was cancelled leaving us trying to find another good place to book . Not the way to treat people as when we booked there were loads of rooms so they have made mistake during the year and rather than keep the earliest booking they decided to cancel us and wouldn’t expand on why it had to be us and not later bookings . Very disappointed with there attitude and doing this to us . They don’t care and their customer service and attitude disgraceful .

C’est un hôtel simple mais avec une super vue et un emplacement au top pour ce balader le soir ! Le personnel est top , le petit déjeuner peut être servi à votre terrasse en face de la mer pour 40bh … la télé à Netflix et Amazon prime , frigo sur place , attention à la douche elle est chaude mais sous l’évier de la salle de bain vous avez le bouton rond pour la régler … pas à la douchette elle s’ouvre et se ferme juste ! La location de scooter est compliqué dans le coin , marcher pas loin du seven 7 vous avez 2/3 louer mais les prix sont assez cher j’ai louer un adv160 pour 400bh par jour et le basique 125 commence a 250 … bon séjour ! Literie grande et top ! Piscine en rooftop sympa

The rooms are very clean and the cleaner was excellent. The roof in the bathroom was showing damp and water damage as was above the air conditioning unit. The hotel is in the quieter side of fisherman’s village, however if you didn’t have a sea view it would be very very noisy. The pool area consists of 4 sunbeds and a small pool, which could have been cleaner. However you get a great ocean view. For the money the hotel is okay but far from luxurious

I highly recommend this establishment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is my 3rd time here and I have already booked for next year. The location is amazing in the quieter part of Fisherman’s Village. The room I stay in is right on the water. It is beautiful. Housekeeping arrives with a big smile everyday & the sane when you walk past reception. Everything is walking distance & there are many fantastic restaurants and a couple few pubs. I recommend the Frog & Gecko & The Jolly Fisherman. Hacienda offer bike hire but I recommend going down the road. It’s a lot cheaper!! but you do need to either pay a large deposit or leave your passport. I leave my passport & I have never had a problem. There is room service for breakfast (extra cost but it is pretty cheap) and they have 3 different categories. There is also a swimming pool with spectacular views on the roof but I prefer the ocean. As a full time world traveler, I highly recommend this place!!

A little bit of heaven!! We booked a ground floor room and were given room 2 which was great, a spacious room and a good sized bathroom with a terrace outside and below a lower terrace with 2 sun loungers on and the views were great. The staff were all happy, friendly and always ready for a laugh, a credit to the hotel. The only disappointment was that on booking it was advertised that there was parking at the hotel so we rented a car, but on arrival at the hotel, there was no parking. For parking we had to use the car park a short walk away and for the 6 nights was 500 beats.
