The hygiene is okay, the soundproofing of the room is very poor, the upstairs seems to be under renovation every day, my nerves are weak, there are so many mosquitoes, it's because of the swimming pool, there are so many mosquitoes that I can't kill them all, and the sound of motorcycles blowing up the street is very special at night Big, air conditioner remote control doesn’t work very well

Good location if you are staying for 10+ days in Samui. There are no good bed sheets either, just small blankets. Must have motorbike to stay there. Nice pool but all rooms don't have pool access and have to walk around the building.

Christmas trip
Location is perfect, the poo, is superb, mini supermarket close, my only slight gripe was the wifi, but as I was on holiday didnt cause me any issues

Good value apartment with pool
The stay was good however no water is provided in room from booking which should be included as standard like all other hotels.
Distant from town is too far to walk so taxi or motorbike is required really.
