Is the Secret Garden a "hidden gem"? Not quite, but it certainly comes close. Make sure you get one of the large, circular, and we'll appointed bungalows near the beach/pool. The restaurant food is really good and reasonably priced. It's a 45m walk to Fisherman's and is well served by supermarkets etc in the immediate area. One for any shortlist.

We had a spacious and beautiful bungalow. Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, but the service immediately tried to do something about it. For 3 nights it was great, since you had a direct beach location and shops/bars/restaurants/pier were in the immediate vicinity. The pool is unfortunately not inviting, the leaves should be cleaned more. The accommodation would not be satisfactory for a longer period of time, but it was great for the 3 days.

Prachtig, relaxt, schoon, vriendelijk resort aan zee, met fantastische kamers, uitmuntend ontbijt, professionele en Super vriendelijke staf! Een kadootje om hier een week te mogen verblijven. Je komt hier volledig tot rust! Grandioos restaurant van het resort met gezellig bar, uitgebreide menukaart met zowel Aziatische als Franse keuken, geserveerd met de beste wijnen. Samengevat een verblijf in stijl met een prachtig uitzicht op zee! Top-aanrader!!

We stayed for 10 nights using two of the clasic rooms. What a wonderful small hotel complex, fantastic location right on the beach. The food never disappointed, the evening when entertainment was on was always very good. All the staff and I mean all the staff outstanding and a pleasure to have spent 10 days. A real suprise and can we keep it "a secret garden" i doubt it after thia review. Would we go again 110% ifwe find ourselves back in Koh Samui.
