This is simple no frill hotel with swimming pool. Beach is nearby but few dogs non stop barking prevent me from going there. Got a room with direct pool access which is very convenient. Reception don't speak english and we don't speak Thai so very difficult communicate. The place is very calm, a bit far from attraction. Nearest 7-11 is 10 minutes walking, so that's not too bad. Decent food place is 5 minutes by scooter.

A good hotel for the money!! The location is gorgeous in the jungle by the sea, but without a bike it's not an option, the distances are decent to everything!!! (that's the beauty of it, the birds are quietly bursting into song in the morning 💪 clean, fresh, good))

Not a bad place in all fairness, cleanliness is not the best though, multiple surfaces dirty and dusty, had a little bag of the green lettuce stay on my bedside table my whole time there (was not mine)

When checking in, my expectations and reality did not match. I thought there would be a sea view, but in fact you need to go to the sea and it is not visible from the room.

Cons. The room itself is not bad, spacious, but the cleaning of the plumbing leaves much to be desired. Everything is covered in plaque, in the shower corner you need to wash it with chemicals more than once! This spoils the impression of the hotel. Towels were changed every other time.
You should only stay here if you have a car or a bike.
There is a 7/11 and an exchange office within a 5-minute drive.

The room is spacious, as in the photo. View of the pool and nearby villas. There is nothing to do here without a bike/car. The nearest store and a small cafe are 1 km away on foot, it is dark in the evening. The beach near the hotel is absolutely not suitable for swimming (fenced off by a stone wall). In theory, you can walk to where they swim, but the passage is through a garbage dump, etc.
The hotel is normal, 4 floors. I liked the room. There is a refrigerator, kettle, mugs/glasses, clothes dryer. Water and coffee bags are brought daily. Water pressure is good. The bed is comfortable. The bed linen is not super new, but good. Microwave and toaster on the first floor. Quiet (only birds singing).

Average transit hotel. After reading the reviews I didn't believe the bad ones, but there wasn't much choice when booking for three nights a couple of days before check-in, so we took it. And it really is bad..., we were surprised by spiders in absolutely every corner, holes in the wall opposite the bed, apparently someone stole it)) TV, well, you can hang some picture. The only advantage is the balcony, with a good view. Maybe there are better rooms, but hardly cleaner, this one was on the third floor, by the way, also nothing good, especially with a suitcase, because the stairs are steep, and there were no helpers. There is a parking lot, but it's just a field next to the hotel, with unmown grass and a path through the trash, not very pleasant at night. And transport is desirable. There is a small good beach within walking distance. For asceticism and in case of short-term stay if necessary, and then only as a last resort.
