It’s cute here! The rooms are mostly little cabins, just the right size and well thought out. The staff are very sweet and friendly, and were very happy for me to spend my last day hanging out at the pool instead of moving on.

Getting there on a steep slope - even by car was very disturbing. Rooms E11-E14 have a terrible stench from the street - either they don't clean up the garbage, or it's from the drain. The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are good. The pool is strange with muddy water.

Staying at this hotel was a test, not a vacation. When booking a room, it was written that the pool and restaurant were not working, but in reality, there was just construction going on all over the hotel. Workers with carts, without carts were constantly walking past our room, looking into the room. The noise of repair work, and we just came on vacation, to enjoy the green area and silence, as stated on trip.com. interfered with rest, sleep of the baby, who is only 6 months old. They refuse to reimburse and return the money, they refuse to move to another room. The room is dirty, because you constantly drag construction dust from the street. By the way, the pool was not launched on time.
People came, looked at all this and left. We also moved out 2 days earlier, since we no longer had the patience to stay in this hotel and wanted pleasant memories of the vacation.

We arrived on holiday with our family on 30.11. They didn't warn us that the hotel was undergoing a complete reconstruction of the houses. We couldn't get our money back. The staff was rude. They've been hammering away with drills and making noise with grinders since 08:00. Our holiday was ruined. 👎🏻 I don't recommend going here.

This was our first time on Samui to relax. And it was the worst thing we've experienced in 5 days on the island. We arrived at the hotel and found it under renovation. Noise from 8am until evening. The entire area is bare of greenery, the pool is out of order, the restaurant is out of order. Workers are walking around the entire area. Every morning they walked past the room with carts of garbage. The grinder is screaming and it smells of paint. They refused to cancel the reservation, they refused to change the room. No compensation either. The worst service. The only thing is that the room is clean and cleaned every day. That's the only plus. They promised to open the pool on 1.12, but they extended the renovation until 10.12. No one warned us in advance that the entire hotel area was under renovation. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel!!

This place is a SCAM! Its still under construction and they dont want to refund you! You get the news that there is no pool or restaurant once you arrive there
DO NOT BOOK ! Rude staff to deal with as well! Dont loose your holidays time on this , there are many other options
