It was a real pitfall. There was a huge lizard in the room as soon as I entered. The waiter screamed loudly, and then asked someone to catch it for two hours. They sprayed a lot of insecticides but didn't catch it. Then the solution was to change to a worse room without refunding the price difference, or let me live in this room. The service attitude was speechless. I negotiated with Ctrip, and they said that the hotel would not allow me to check out, not a penny refunded, it was too bad. Quiet beach, not many tourists, beautiful sunset beach!
Facilities: Hotel villas, swimming pools, and gyms are all equipped.
Spent three days at the beach. The buffet style in the morning was a little less, but it was very pleasant to have breakfast while listening to the waves. The waiters are very friendly and have the smile of Koh Samui!
The southwest side of the island is a little bit off, so eating and drinking out is not as convenient as Ban Puchavan. But very peaceful and comfortable. If you are staying for a long time, renting a car or motorcycle is the best way. I hope to have the opportunity to come to Koh Samui again to watch the sunset.
