Large territory, family rooms are located far from the sea, golf carts are used to transport you around the territory, breakfast is a large buffet (delicious), for families with children there is an excellent pool with slides

We visited Fair House again this year. Upon arrival, there were no available rooms of the chosen category. For two nights, they offered accommodation in another building, while they apologized and as a compliment, provided a free dinner at the hotel, and then a free transfer to the airport.
The resort, like last year, met expectations, the vacation was magnificent.
We think that we will spend our next vacation on the island of Koh Samui, at the Fair House Beach Resort.

Generally a good hotel.
Large garden area and quiet.
Unfortunately, the furnishings are very worn and worn. (Not as described, renovated in 2022)

Thank you for a fantastic stay at the Fairhouse, the rooms are a generous size, the pools are great and nice that there is an adults pool and a children’s pool with slides, the location on the beach is also tranquil and perfect and the food and happy hours fantastic. Special thanks to Khun Kim and Khun Bee to going out of their way to make our holiday and my birthday special, already look forward to coming again next year, Karp!

I rated my stay at this hotel as 5, because I was won over by the great service, huge green territory, individual stunning beach Yellow Beach with lots of comfortable sun loungers. There is drinking water near the beach, cafe, shower, changing cabins. Large swimming pools. Breakfasts are very plentiful, delicious, for every taste and color. Free buggies drive around the territory, getting to the desired location is not a problem.
The room was very large, clean, with 2 terraces. The furniture is a little tired, but we did not pay attention to this. Overall, excellent, I definitely recommend it!

Don't help at all when you're in trouble
