Not a bad hotel, although a bit tired. Breakfasts are not the best, but there were no problems either. A solid 4. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bungalow on the beach. Also a rather shameful sagging volleyball net) they stretched it themselves as much as they could, but no one really cares about it) the prices in the restaurant are a bit high, but the pizza is okay. The room was cozy and comfortable.

The resort was nice enough if you’re on a budget. The hotel itself is quite long vertically so our family villa was far from the beach and there was a bit of a trek down stairs to get down to the beach but they do have a little shuttle you can call if you don’t want to go down a bunch of stairs. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was ok. They had a great fire show Saturday night on the beach and we reserved a table for that at the hotel restaurant by the beach. The beach in front of the hotel was a bit coarse on the feet so best to wear water shoes. The sand was yellow hence why it’s called Yellow Beach. This is Chaweng Noi so a bit different than Chaweng. Just be aware but if you don’t care about the quality of the sand, I think anyone would be happy with this hotel.

This hotel complex seems old and a bit tired- but aren’t we all. My room wasn’t as clean as I’d like, with hairs from previous guests still being visible around the bath and on one of the towels.
I had a very comfortable stay here nonetheless- the beds are big, the water is hot, and the setting is well thought out and beautiful. The staff at the front desk were lovely, very friendly and informative.

It is far from everything, you absolutely need a motorbike to do activities
Old-fashioned room, small bed and above all no light...
However it is compensated by the staff who are great ;)

Our deluxe bungalow was about the size of a hotel room. I was expecting a bigger room. Breakfast was very good. We had a late check-in despite arriving early and the hotel refused our request for a late check-out.

Where can I start… the worst experience ever!!!! They gave me a three-bed family room even though I asked them to change rooms as it was just me, but “we are fully booked.” I am not sure if I paid for a cheap room on trip.com that they couldn’t offer a decent room; even if that meant paying extra, I would have done it. I’m on holiday and want and need comfort, but again, “we’re fully booked,” and people were still checking in after me. The bathroom was like a dungeon, with no ventilation whatsoever, and the room smelled like mold. The gym was old but functional-ish. At some point, they ran out of towels, and I called the reception to ask for clean towels as people were working out, but no ONE CAME. I booked five nights and never slept in that room, not even once. On the last day, I GOT FOOD POISONING from eating their buffet breakfast, and when I tried to nap in that ugly room, there was an awful smell like sewage, and I ended up THROWING UP!!!.
Last but not least, I tried to shower once, and there were two blackouts. I was stuck in the dark in that bathroom dungeon, and that was it for me. I checked out one day before. I am not coming back, and I would not recommend it.
Pros: beach access.

Very good hotel with a large beautiful territory and spacious stylish rooms. Situated on the first line, sun loungers are free. Breakfasts are good, but the rest of the time the prices for food and drinks in the hotel are very high. Since we were by car, we went to eat in other places.
