There is no reception desk at the hotel, check-in is difficult, both for me and my friend, check-in at the hotel caused some difficulties. Customer focus is 0. Towels, sheets are already old and with holes or darned! When you check in it is clean, but they clean very rarely, my friend booked for 18 days, they cleaned either once or twice! I booked for 7 days, they cleaned once 😆 although I constantly hung a sign for cleaning! But the territory is very clean, well-groomed, beautiful! The territory is cleaned every day, even possibly several times a day, very beautiful trees, the gardener waters, trims the leaves 😍 The pool is constantly cleaned, leaves are removed, etc.! In general, the pool is one of the best, deep, you can swim 🏊 it takes up a large area! The only thing is that it is sometimes rented out during the day for children to swim, they teach swimming !!! It can be a bit noisy, but you can swim there 24/7 😍 Generally a quiet place away from noisy streets and cars, but planes fly and make noise of course 🥲 I gave my clothes to the hotel for washing, it was just super, they washed everything very well and most importantly ironed it, it was just a delight. If you suddenly want to wash something yourself, there are washing machines around the corner from the hotel, 20, 30, 40 baht depending on the kg, throw it in the machine and the machine turns on itself, do not forget to take powder with you! There is a pier next to the hotel, you can go to other islands! We went to Koh Phangan! There is a delicious restaurant with Thai food nearby! If you walk to the road, there is a lot of everything there and cafes and massage parlors and 7/11. The villas are very beautiful detached houses, overlooking the garden or the pool.
