Breakfasts are varied.
The entrance to the sea is by steps, the water is clean. There are few people in the sea (more precisely, no one), since Europeans prefer the pool. Nearby there is an opportunity to organize active recreation on the water (sapas, kayaks, scooters, etc.).
There are many sun loungers (even when the hotel is fully occupied, 2-3 per person).
The rooms in the hotel are large and equipped with everything you need.
The only sad moment was the check-in, since there was no room with 2 beds (as originally booked). They actively tried to put us in one ... Since it was December 31 and there were no more options for accommodation on the entire island, we had to insist on our booking and find options on the spot. I do not understand why they immediately refused to provide an extra bed, although this somehow smoothed out the situation (since sometimes you want to sleep at night). Let it not be exactly what I wanted to get for the holiday, but they still found and provided an extra bed in the room.

I got the suite with the pool, it does not look like the photos. I had a pretty high traffic area where my pool faced, and there’s loud music at the restaurant next door, last thing I wanted when I was hoping for isolation after 8 weeks of rough work on the road. A door was missing in my bedroom and maintenance had to come reinstall it on my second day. Spa never had an availability during my stay, and buggies are required to go anywhere in the park (unless roaming in the heat is your thing). The service was slow at times (I’d often come back to my room and see room service plates stacked outside for a later cleanup) - but my room was meticulously cleaned each day and the buggy staff were incredibly friendly.

Stayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

This is a very big resort hotel with large beautiful gardens. Hotel provides club cars to shuttle the guests between different places inside the hotel. All stuff always smile to greet the guests, and provide very nice service. The hotel has large amounts of different beautiful shapes of beach chairs nicely arranged at various places around the beach and pool areas for guests to have enough fun. All restaurants have ocean views, and carefully designed to have relaxing atmospheres, those are really enjoyable. The breakfast is also very nice with very good selections. The waves at this beach here are strong which make a very loud sound. The sounds truly make me so relax, as well as an unforgettable experience. Our deluxe terrace guest room is by the beach on the first floor, and near the pool bar and a restaurant. We can overlook the ocean, and enjoy the wave sound just from our terrace. On the other hand, the room has airtight windows to keep the room absolutely quiet. Thank Sheraton for making our Samui vacation such a wonderful and memorable one.

Somethings for improvement: The internet connection in the room is intermittent.
I think the kettle and sofa need replacement/ new upholstery already.
And maybe a bigger tv. Coz the room is big but the tv is tiny.
Maybe better options for the breakfast buffet.
But our overall stay with Sarann was great. And yes, I will book it again if we return to Samui.

I have been returning to China for a long time before I commented. I had a very comfortable holiday at the hotel with the elderly and one-year-old children in the Spring Festival. I originally booked a short-term rental villa on the island. After a water outage and power outage, I decided to retreat and live here again. The three-bedroom villa we stayed in was actually four bedrooms. The interior decoration time was a bit long, the maintenance was good, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and during the stay, except during the break, the room time was very small, basically on the beach and In the yard; the location of the hotel is not said, the next few steps to the beach, the quality of the beach is general, there are some small stones, a few minutes to the left will be better; near the hotel seven or eight minutes drive a large local supermarket, vegetable meat The seafood is very comprehensive. Every day, I ask if there is a need. The little girl who cleans up and the uncle of the security guard are also doing their best to solve the problem at any time. Although the hotel provided ample mosquito-repellent incense, we were bitten very badly, reminding everyone to bring enough toilet water. VViktorLocation: you need to immediately understand that you will need transport. There are a couple of cafes within walking distance, but we didn’t go to them, there weren’t many people there either, except that a couple of times we saw a few farangs having breakfast. Report offers delivery to and from the beach during certain hours. I don’t remember the price: either free, or for a symbolic fee, very low. They also offered to order breakfast and have it delivered to your villa: it’s certainly more expensive than in a regular cafe, but still affordable. We did not use this service, since we would have to plan breakfast time in advance (why?). The beach... we stayed during the daytime low tides, so I can’t say anything good about the sea, but the beach itself is clean and almost deserted.
Surprises: we booked a villa with three bedrooms and a living room + a swimming pool. When looking at the photos of the rooms (at the time of booking), I could not understand the location of the room and also could not understand the privacy of the pool. Will the pool be ours alone or will it have to be shared with guests from some other villa. I even looked around on Google Maps, but still didn’t fully understand it. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised that this very villa consists of two separate houses between which there is a swimming pool (not small, but medium in size). One house consists of two bedrooms with separate entrances and separate bathrooms, and the other house consists of a huge living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom + 2 bathrooms. Grandiose! Another patio.
Of the minuses: not very stable wi-fi, TV is brooding. That's all. Air conditioners also do not cool as quickly as we would like, but this is the fault of the building design. A huge area of glazing which is made of single wood. If in the future we install normal aluminum structures with double-glazed windows, it will be possible to achieve a better effect from air conditioners + save on electricity and improve sound insulation. However, air conditioners do their job quite well. It was almost always quiet.
Overall everything is ok. This place is worth the money. The owner, Lana, is very friendly and speaks perfect Russian.

ZZ&HMy wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and looking back, I’m so glad we did. The free and varied water activities, the friendly and patient staff (almost all of whom speak excellent English), and the simple yet delicious food left a lasting impression on me. From start to finish, there was hardly anything to be dissatisfied with.
We stayed for two nights in different types of rooms. On the second night, we stayed in a pool villa. The initial room we were assigned didn't have the view we saw in the website photos, so my wife asked if we could switch rooms. To our surprise, the staff checked briefly and then upgraded us for free to a room with the best sea view we’ve ever seen. I can hardly describe how beautiful the view was with my limited vocabulary. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back, maybe for a week or even a month next time. If you want to quietly enjoy the beach, sea view, and a private pool, choosing this place will not disappoint you.
By the way, I really liked the welcome drink at the beginning and the scented sachet they gave us when we left. The coconut-flavored snacks in the lobby were also very delicious; I would grab one almost every time I passed by.

JJarredCHIt’s a very nice resort little far up in the mountains up a narrow road quite dodgy in the heavy rains we experienced during our stay. The rooms are great I would of liked to see them give us some toothbrushes. The staff are really kind and helpful. Overall pleasant experience . Incredible view from your room.

TTba_worldOverall it feels like a 3 star hotel. Decent breakfast. The restaurant on the beach is very romantic however this requires the staff members to clear up the sunbeds about 4:30pm which is disturbing. Small pool. On the beach however the water is really shallow so you can’t really swim. Mainly polite staff members. There is also a mosquito problem so we were advised not to open the balcony doors so there is no point to have a room with a balcony if you can’t really enjoy it. Great location.

MMYimMy boyfriend and I had a great time chilling in our private pool and enjoying room service from the restaurant.
Villa amenities wise - frequent restocking of bottled water, yummy night cookies, and gave us clean towels and stuff daily.
The staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our first time to Samui so we had many questions but they picked up the phone and helped :)
We hired a scooter through the hotel, which was so useful and convenient to us! We didn’t even plan on scooting around but we were thrilled we did it!
Daily breakfast was sufficient - good range of food available and daily chef making different types of eggs for us, the beachfront view was so nice!

SShanreviewAccommodation by the sea, inexpensive, beautiful view, rooms with smart TV Netflix, youtube, very cool air conditioner. The room is very overpriced. But there is no breakfast here. In front of the hotel there is also a bar to sit and chill every day, very convenient.

The above part of the room, such as the table top, the bedside will not be cleaned as long as the air conditioner is empty. Breathing room found a worm two big spiders toilet floor ant hotel is the most terrible is breakfast I have never seen so many flies breakfast from small to large, some of the open-side food at the poolside is not covered with plastic wrap and flies directly You have to keep looking at your own dish, or you have to keep an eye on your own dish. Otherwise, the sliced bread is placed on a shelf against the wall. It is easy to see that the ants are too disgusting to run. There are many flies in the room. The ants are too collapsed. There are only one or two waiters in the room. There is no smile. No smile may be because they are more tired.
