The room is not recommended for those who come to relax or work. We came to visit for a full day. We are not serious about cleaning every day. However, there should be drinking water provided. We got it only on the first day of our stay. We would like to see improvements in cleanliness and service.

We booked a deluxe room with a sea view for 10 days. Everything worked perfectly, magnificent sunsets, comfortable bed, furniture, always hot water, coffee/tea. advantageous location next to restaurants and a 10-minute walk to Rin Beach. Wonderful pool and You can also swim in your bay with virtually no waves. We lived in a room designed for three people. One large bed and one small... How many sockets does a modern family need for all the devices they have to function? Answer: one socket! And this is provided that you turn off the kettle! They took a deposit of 500 baht. And the first thing that greets you in the room is a list of how much it costs to break, despite the fact that everything on this list has already suffered from time.. The TV screen was dripping.. This is the best hotel in Haad Rin. We lived here for 10 days in a deluxe room with a sea view. Everything worked flawlessly. The hotel is located as conveniently as possible, in a quiet location with its own beach (where you could swim during the day, unlike the full moon beach) and a minute’s walk from 7eleven. In the evenings there was silence, no noise, except for the sound of the sea... There were many reviews that the staff were not friendly... We expected something terrible, but none of the staff offered to fight us😁

I find it special that the reviews are sometimes still high. The hotel is a faded glory and that is how the staff treats it, including the guests. It is fine for a night before the full moon party, nice within walking distance and still reasonably quiet. We had a house by the sea, it looked nice at first glance. But there are cracks and holes everywhere, the bathroom is open and there is no air conditioning there, so it is warm. In the rest of the room there is, but quite warm as well. We did not have any cleaning, clean towels or new toilet paper a single day (3 night stay). There are no cushions on the chairs at the pool, not even a meter away. Nice view tough.

We arrived at this hotel for full moon party full of excitement, however this was quickly crushed by the rude and miserable receptionist. She made us feel very unwelcome and disrespected, making us instantly regret our booking choice. Our room was a budget room so we didn’t have the highest expectations and these were significantly lowered once stepping into the room. The strong smell of fish remains and other unpleasant smells filled our room everyday. The shower was nothing but a trickle. Apart from this the other staff we’re great and the pool area and beach is lovely. It is a great location for full moon and Haad Rin pier. All in all I would never stay here again, and that is completely down to the receptionist.
