Excellent hotel, very hospitable and attentive staff, beautiful grounds, delicious cuisine

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my family, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect – clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, and a great atmosphere. The hotel is very family-friendly, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Huge thanks to the entire team for the amazing hospitality! We would definitely love to come back again!

Amazing hotel with friendly staff and beautiful territory! My son and I stayed here for 6 days and everything was wonderful — spacious clean rooms, delicious coffee in the room every day, and a huge luxurious pool (there are two more on the property, but this one was more than enough for us). The breakfasts were very tasty and diverse! I especially want to thank your staff members Sa and Hand — without them, our vacation would have been much less fun! They are absolute superheroes: every day they organized different activities and played with my son Sasha, even when it wasn’t part of their responsibilities. We had beach football, Thai boxing, an art workshop, and more. Sa and Hand, thank you for your kindness and positivity — I wish you all the best! It was also such a lovely surprise to receive birthday wishes from the whole team, even though I wasn’t expecting it. The beach and sunsets are stunning — honestly, there’s no such thing as a “low season” here. Thailand is beautiful at any time of year! I came prepared for constant rain and no sun, thinking I’d just enjoy some solitude without the crowds — but in reality, we had sunshine and great weather every single day. Thank you so much! I truly hope to come back again!

We have stayed at the KC several times and find it a good comfortable hotel. Location is good and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Surrounding local Thai restaurants worth visiting and travel/motorbike hire opposite very helpful and good values

When you book room it only says it’s “Hillside. What it doesn’t say is that it’s across the busy (main) road. So in this case you no longer book room in tje hotel located at the beach. Tie “hillside” complex was completely unattended. No pool bar, nobody at the “reception” despite 100% occupancy and middle of high season. Location across the road made it unable for our early teens to reach room “for something” while we were on the beach. Every time somebody had to escort them. The extra paid “pool view” from our room was also completely dissatisfying. Once we complained about location of room during check in, after Front Office Manager checked source or our booking (Trip.com), she immediately rejected any complain saying that location of the room should be made clear by agent (it’s nowhere in the description when we booked the room). Beware booking room in this property - it is split in two separate complexes.
