KC Grande Resort Koh Chang

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in May, rented a villa with a garden view. We got the villa next to the Infinity pool. Luxurious apartments with all the amenities, a terrace and a stunning view! The price includes breakfast, a huge variety of dishes, fruits, desserts! You can use the services of the spa complex on the hotel grounds. There were also two restaurants on the hotel grounds, the third restaurant "Gusto", unfortunately, was closed. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is within walking distance. The beach is clean, the water in the sea is a little cloudy. Overall, our vacation was a blast, I want to come back to this hotel more than once!

This is the second time we are staying at the hotel. EVERYTHING IS GOOD!!!!!!

I have to give a bad review. This is the most humid room I have ever stayed in. Only the clothes I wore were dry. The suitcase was spread out overnight and all the clothes inside were wet. The water pressure of the shower was pitifully low, and I couldn't take a normal shower at all. I left after staying for 2 days. There were 2 room packages during the spring promotion. I searched the entire Internet and chose this one on the mountain. It was said to be newly built, but the facilities were just so-so. I should have booked the one by the sea. This room was the biggest failure of this trip.

I really liked the hotel, especially the villa on the seashore. Amazing view from the terrace to the sea through the palm trees. I would also like to note the sandy beach without stones and sea urchins, regardless of the tides. You can always admire the light sand and clear water. There are very few people on the beach, as many prefer to be by the pool. At 6 am it is wonderful to meet the sunrise and you can take gorgeous photos. You can walk along the coast and also take beautiful photos. From the sea there is also a beautiful view of the palm trees and green mountains. In general, there is an atmosphere of privacy with nature and bliss. Delicious breakfasts with an abundance of fruits: mango, watermelon, pineapple, papaya, guava, dragon fruit, etc. Delicious coffee (for which you do not need to stand in line) and wonderful pancakes with jam. There are also soups, scrambled eggs, omelette, bacon, sausages, etc. You will definitely not go hungry. The room has a jacuzzi where you can relax in the evening and have a romantic evening. We will definitely go back there again.

The floor in the room is still damp. The maid brought a machine to help, but it couldn't solve the problem of the damp floor. It should be improved.
