Check ALL reviews, not just Excellent ones for a true reflection of this "RESORT"! Gorgeous setting although TIRED &/or NEGLECTED facilities. Nice to learn post stay, it wasn't just us the wife had an issue with...downright ignorant & blatantly rude throughout our week there! Our solution, to avoid at all cost! Stunning mountain backdrop & beautiful dusk/evening wildlife sounds, plus joining neighbours antics as Bamboo huts not soundproof but that's out of owners responsibility. Pearl (pebble) beach & grocery store 10 mins walk / White Beach 30 mins walk. Pool unusable, nobody used it at all. No Restaurant or Bar in use, but tatty & inviting, so wouldn't have used, but great Restaurant at bottom of drive that saves the day. If driving up, take care to not bottom out your car on steep incline. Scooter rental competitive, but one of ours had awful steering & swap not offered. Wife insistent we returned EXACTLY 24hrs later, not a minute more! Adjoining fields have development work going on & our hut had rotten floor board that you have to remember not to tread on at all times of the day or night! Oh, did I mention, when we arrived, we were given keys to an already occupied room, so take heed to protect your valuables. If these things won't bother you, great gem of a place.

Prenotato tramite booking, camera angusta, climatizzatore pessimo, si passa dal freddo al caldo bestia senza possibilità di cambiare il settimo. Il polacco che gestisce la struttura è stato gentile con noi, ma la moglie da evitare. Mai vista sorridere, svogliata e scarsamente collaborativa. Mi da lo scooter da noleggio e mi dice che me lo da pieno e lo devo riconsegnare pieno. Accendo lo scooter, controllo e manca una tacca del serbatoio, glielo faccio notare e mi risponde piccata che è pieno. Al che la invito a controllare e una volta visto che la lancetta indica che non è pieno corregge il foglio di noleggio, chiedere scusa no??? Maleducata... La struttura è lontana dallo street food tipico thai. La colazione al resort prezzo folle.

I cannot understand the good reviews. We booked 10 nights and then discovered on arrival that the pool was completely dirty and the water was green. The terrace had been freshly painted and it smelled of paint everywhere. This gave my girlfriend a bad headache. The room was very small and there was hardly any storage space and no closet. Everything was very shabby. It seemed that we were the only guests. I then contacted the owner and told him I wanted to change hotels for these reasons. Because of the completely covered pool, he thought it was because it had rained a lot recently. He refused to let me withdraw from the contract. I spent one night in this shabby room and changed hotels the next day.
