Hotel is lovely staff friendly and professional great service and great location it was quite expensive but because of where it is I think and not that many top class hotels ..

The hotel is a little dated but fine if you are visiting the island for a few days. The beach is nice and clean and every night the hotel has live music and a fire show. It is a good location and can walk to other restaurants nearby if you want. The reception is fine but always feel as if you are putting them out. Would probably try a different hotel if we’re to stay in Koh Chang again.

Review: During my stay at this resort, I was pleased with the cleanliness and its location in a relatively peaceful area on the island. However, I must mention that the quality of food offered at the resort did not meet my expectations. Fortunately, there were excellent dining options available just outside the resort, including the Mexican restaurant "Amigos" which stood out with its fantastic service and delicious cuisine. On the downside, the front desk service at the resort fell short of providing a satisfactory experience, improvements are needed in terms of food quality and front desk service.

We stayed with my husband in this beautiful hotel for a week in December 2023. To be honest, a week was not enough for us. We liked everything: the hotel staff, the excellent beach, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location of the hotel (there are cafes and shops nearby), the breakfasts are varied and very tasty. At breakfast, if desired, you can eat soup. Many thanks to the chef and all the staff of the hotel for making your stay at the hotel unforgettable!

I liked the hotel, it was the cheapest room category (superior bungalow. In the morning you can hear passing cars, houses next to the road, if possible take rooms a little further in, breakfasts are very good, slippers and robes in the room, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, umbrellas. The staff is friendly, the beach is excellent, the sea is clean, if there are no waves. The pool, the territory is very beautiful, across the road the water park is free, but old. Nearby cafe, in the evenings fire show. We will come back again.

I have been to Thailand for vacation so many times. The service and facilities of this hotel are the worst I have ever stayed in. The curtains don't block out the light! Overall, it's very, very bad! The hotel has not asked the hotel to help find a solution for the mosquito repellent, and the front desk just ignored it! I will never choose this hotel. There are many better services in Koh Chang at this price! Don't choose this hotel when you come for vacation

We booked the hotel for 2 days, but ended up staying for 5. The hotel is very well located right on the seashore.

Disadvantages: I stayed in 4 hotels in three places in Thailand. The only hotel that charged me for my child's breakfast was 6 years old. The fee was 500 baht for adult breakfast as described on the page, which said it included the cost of swimming pool and other facilities. I have no problem if the child wants to add breakfast. This is the first time I heard that the fee for children is the same as that for adults. This is also the first time I heard that swimming in a hotel is also charged. Later, I communicated with Ctrip and found that there was an introduction at the bottom of the page. The fee policy for children should be consulted with the hotel. OK, I will ignore this cheating clause. Both parties are poor in English, so I won't talk about it. My two children paid 200 yuan more per night. After we paid, the hotel gave us two more towels and two bottles of water. The places to eat around the hotel are good, but it's a bit deserted in this season. It's not as lively as the White Beach, and the food is more cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is not very varied and tastes bad. The children didn't eat much, so they just had some fried rice. There are no chairs on the beach. It would be better if there were more chairs to watch the sea. The swimming pool with a slide is only open until 6 o'clock. Pros: The room is relatively simple, but it is really comfortable, more comfortable than KC where I stayed later. The wooden floor, slippers are placed at the door when entering the room, the floor is clean, comfortable to walk on, and not damp, and there is a ceiling fan on the top, which is very good. The sink and toilet in the bathroom are simple but also very useful. Although the air conditioning in our room has some problems and drips after being turned on for a long time, I put a towel to make do with it. In this case, I still think it is more comfortable than KC. The beach sand is fine, you can walk a long way, and the sea water is only up to the waist, so it is fun to play in the sea.

The sanitation of this hotel is just average, the breakfast is quite bad, flies are flying around, but everything else is OK, the price/performance ratio is OK, and it is a single-family house. There is a 711 not far from the hotel entrance.

Good location, a bit pricey, nearby hotels are not worse, but because of high season you need to book in advance. Good breakfasts, I highly recommend tomato sauce (sometimes it is called ketchup).

Excellent! Beautiful beach, good breakfasts and overall food at the hotel. The cottages are clean, new smart TVs. Large well-kept area and friendly staff. We will be happy to come back here again.

I would like to note the good cleaning of the beach from garbage, leaves and boats from the Loy Krathong festival.
