Being a member of sterling for almost 12-15 years...My stay at Coorg Brookstone was one of the best among other sterling properties. The place might not be the best however, the welcoming staff definitely made it 100 times better. Special mention to Ms.Dawa for being so nice and welcoming and also mention to Mr.Bijay for the lovely gesture for the Birthday.

The staff here were one of the best among all the other sterling resorts I've been to. Especially, Bijay made our stay at coorg memorable. ***** with Bijay, Suman and the other staff too were very polite and respectful. The last 2km to reach the resort is a bit bumpy but other than that its a very soothing and a peaceful place.

Stayed in Brookstone Coorg for four days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. With really short notice staff in the resort, Bijay, Suman arranged candle light dinner beside swimming pool with customised tastefully cooked dinner by chef Swastik, melodious music in the background and bonfire which we really enjoyed. Big thanks to Bijay, Suman and chef Swastik making our stay really comfortable and departing the resort with beautiful memories that we can cherish with forever.

Food Good. Hospitality Super. cef Mr. Swostik Mr Vinoth Also Prepare Well. Service is Good. MrBijay and Mr. Himansu Hospitality and Cblige Super. Good. Rooms are nice view, need to fix fridge in the room, and fan ya ac in the room. Wifi connection need to improve

Excellent stay at sterling brookstone Coorg .Service was superb by the young team . special shot out Mr.Bijay who really take care of us during our stay .food was Awesome by chef mr.swostik.service team suman,himanshu,ankit are friendly which is makes our dining at planter kitchen more comfortable... discovery center incharge Mr.Appachu is also too good at his field...we r really enjoy at sterling brookstone Coorg...Thank you so much sterling brookstone team... suggetion need to improve @swiming pool kindly makes some rules about the swiming costumes must wear who wants to use the pool ..at the buffet need to add some verity of dessert options like bakery item ....need to install a WiFi booster as the end rooms don't get the network.

I have been a member of Sterling Resorts for over 20 years, and unfortunately, this property stands out for all the wrong reasons. The rooms here are notably smaller compared to other Sterling resorts I've stayed in. They are simply not suitable for a family holiday, as the space is cramped and uncomfortable for multiple guests. I request resort staff to provide a family suitable room however they flatly denied. I was misled by the photos on the website, which gave a much more spacious impression of the rooms than what I actually experienced. Given the size and lack of comfort, I would not recommend this resort for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Good experience. Very comfortable and safe for families. The team was courteous and friendly. Food is good and the stay was pleasant. Most places to see are within an hour drive. The team was helpful. Some names to mention their good service are Bijay, Swastik, Binod, Hiten and Dawa. The spa service was nice. The only sore point is that the WiFi works but there’s no internet on it. Only Jio network works at the property. Airtel works if you drive 4 kms out. Recommend the stay for families.

Had a great time at Sterling Brookstone! The food was amazing, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Big thanks to Bijay—he was super friendly and really helped us with everything we needed. His support made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
