No maintenance, lots of noise, very dirty room. Terrible experience, not able to sleep whole night due to bad smell from their room.

Easily accessible location. Food from the hotel is very good. It is 20km away from madikery but near to dub-are elephant camp. Hotel staffs are very helpful. They arranged a good driver for site seeing in a reasonable rate. Room is good.

Room is good but outside premises not good. It would have been maintained properly. Since the room is directly connected to restaurant the stinking smell is coming.
