Our stay was incredibly relaxing and truly nourishing for both body and mind. The competent and patient yoga teachers devoted themselves with great care and understanding, even to beginners like us, gently guiding us through the practice. The food was absolutely delightful—skillfully prepared and full of flavor. The treatments were thoughtfully tailored to our individual needs, leaving us feeling soothed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the facilities were clean and comfortable, making us feel welcome and well taken care of at all times. Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt war grossartig!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, was den gesamten Besuch zu einem echten Vergnügen gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von unserem ersten Yoga-Retreat, das wir hier gemacht haben. Es war eine fantastische Erfahrung, die unsere Reise noch besonderer gemacht hat.

Nous avons été vraiment bien accueillie malgré l'heure matinale les cours de yoga était vraiment excellent , le centre ayurvédique nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le tester car nous sommes resté que deux jours, nous avons fait une séance de massage qui était bien .

This place exceeded all expectations! The staff are exceptionally kind and caring and they have given attention to every detail. The doctor understood my situation and history and created a treatment plan that made a considerable difference in just the three days I was there. I had 6 treatments and did five yoga classes and it has really helped me recover from an injury three years ago. Furthermore the food is so tasty and very healthy, the pool is a welcome addition as it was HOT when I was there. The site is peaceful and beautifully designed. They can arrange day trips to all sorts of interesting places and they have their own drivers who you can trust on the somewhat mad and eccentric Indian roads ! The room was comfy and clean, and the cleaners give us a go over every day! The shower was great! All in all I say ‘GO’ - I doubt you’ll regret it!

Nature is main ..... excellent place for yoga and ayurvedic treatment based retreat....good oxigen.....good water......near by a beautiful river and elephant passage.......also a good location for bird watching........good hospitality.......good food ....... perfect place for a break

An excellent place to learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda and Yoga. The accommodation and food and location is great 👍. A spiritual place that feels like family. I enjoyed the cooking classes, the doctor consultation, the yoga classes and the Ayurveda treatments. I really felt at peace here.

We found this place by chance, almost as if it had called us!! We needed a place to heal ourselves, recharge and relax. We found more, even kindness, affection, cuddles, listening, welcome, hugs, competence, wisdom. We were only 5 days but we would have stayed forever. After the chaos of the big Indian cities, what struck us most was the silence, the quiet and we really needed it. You can eat even 4 times a day, all vegetarian. tasty, almost everything not spicy! You do yoga and meditation, you rest, you take walks to the river, even bathe. Or you can swim in the pool. And if there is an event they take you to see it!! Then the treatment: a very sweet and very competent doctor listens to you for a long time and reflects with you on your global discomforts, and then suggests the treatment ... I get two wonderful healing massages a day done by expert therapists and some herbal medicine!! I arrived full of pain from a fall and also from my arthritis, and already the first morning I felt the difference: existing without pain!!! Since we returned to Milan our thought is how we can return to Kerala!!

Excellent Spa center 35 minutes drive from Cochin Kerala airport. 21 rooms and bungalows, absolute calm, smiling and efficient team! Very good doctors who listen to advise on treatments adapted to your health! Excellent masseurs, simple Indian food, sometimes a little repetitive... my first stay in this center after having experienced others in previous years! I will come back next year
