Rooms were spacious, food was so tasty. Above all, markose was an excellent host, he is always on toes to fill every demand. He helped to plan n execute our itinerary, arranged tickets-taxi-everything. Very warm n homely stay. We enjoyed our 2-day stay very much

Clean and hygienic but an issue mosquitoes bites in day and night. Use mosquito spray or a plug-in device that keeps them away.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The food was excellent. Mr markus, the director of the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. He has a good knowledge of cochin and gave very good suggestions. He is also a great cook. Overall we had an excellent stay. 5/5. 5. 5. Good value for money

An excellent location. Small cosy and comfortable, the staff is very warm and friendly. Rooms are comfortable though basic, sheets and towels and toilets are clean. We really enjoyed our stay, all the sights and eating joints are in walking distance. Taxis and autos are easily available, and the ferries to vypin and ernakulam too are close by.

The location is just correct. Eateries at walking distance. Neat and clean room. The ambience is so warm and the old colonial bungalow is so well kept. The owner marcos is the most humble and helpful person i have meet. Planning to stay again in september

I parked my car in their parking area on morning after my checkout procedure done who t am seeing that my front glass broken. And i asked to them who t happnd but they dont have no idea about it. Its actually happnd by felt down a mango or something from the tree on their parking lot. And the room was not clean and good at all. Staff are was little rude
