Very awkward behaviour by the manager.. !! It was a terrible experience.. ❗️❗️❗️😓 It was only 10:45 , the manager’s behaviour was very bad towards us! He was really rude , n forced us to leave the restaurant so early. It was a really bad experience for me n my family!! Kindly stay away from this place!!!

Good hotel and good service staff are also very caring. Rooms are neet and clean.. Overall very good atmosphere.. Also food are best in test.. Meeting room clean and aminities are functional.. This hotel best in kochi.. Thank your caring and love

I’m dont want to any option please give me good stay. Upgrade or change my stay hear. I’m see the picture of room is other and hear is so cheep. This property is good. Hotel entrance and reception part is good but room is cheep.

Big rooms and comfortable beds. We came in late due to check-in issues with another luggage. They were quick to assign us a room and were even willing to let us view the room prior to confirmation. Even catered to connecting rooms. They were very helpful and accommodating. Also 5 stars for the cleanliness.
