Hotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, great location, lovely clean hotel, big rooms and amazing staff that are so helpful! Arranged Kerala tours via hotel and all was amazing! The location is just 100m walk from the Chinese nets and also the water taxis. Highly recommended

The staff was amazing at helping me plan my time. Clean room. Cappuccino maker for breakfast! Great air conditioning. Highly recommend this three star hotel right in Fort Cochin close to everything. Slept well. Block from the Chinese fishing nets.

We found this hotel really well situated in the heart of historic Fort Kochi. It was quiet, well appointed with comfortable rooms and an award winning restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were on hand to ensure that we had an enjoyable and memorable visit. I highly recommend this hotel.

A five star review and a one star review combined. The majority of the hotel is excellent: helpful staff, lovely building, great location, and the best breakfast idlis I’ve had so far in India. But the walls are paper thin, at least as far as Room 102 goes, meaning you can hear everything happening in the next room. And that, for me, is a fundamental flaw. If you’re not bothered about being kept awake, this is a five star hotel.

Merveilleuse expérience dans cet hôtel très bien situé à Fort Cochin. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres, le personnel est aux petits soins et le quartier est idéal. On est en plein quartier historique. La maison de Vasco de Gama est voisine de l'hôtel. Le quartier est sûr et plutôt piéton (très peu de circulation de véhicules) Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
