Hotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi. Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful. Checkin was quick and easy. The room is basic but very clean. Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable. Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there. Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was fabulous
The staff were extra courteous
The rooms were old style and very well maintained
The washroom was spotless with clean towels and adequate toiletries
The common areas were old world charm and well maintained
All in all I will rate this hotel better than the so called 5 star junk

I recently stayed at Arches Hotel, I would like to compliment you on your service. Your hotel is a lovely old heritage building with charming original features. The room was spotlessly clean with good hot water and quality bath products provided. Location was excellent and within walking distance of interesting shops, restaurants and the bustling waterfront. The breakfast area on the top floor was very pleasant and the food was varied and well-prepared. I have no hesitation in recommending Arches Hotel to my friends and colleagues and look forward to staying with you again soon.

Excellent experience. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very kind. I recommand. The place is beautiful. 1 mn distance from Vasco da Gama square.

A great find. Big clean rooms reasonably priced good and quick service food at rasoi is great breakfast has all the relevant things to fuel you up and a very good one of its kind coffee machine. The deluxe room was value for money and the usp is its location close to everything

Great place, great location, lovely clean hotel, big rooms and amazing staff that are so helpful! Arranged Kerala tours via hotel and all was amazing! The location is just 100m walk from the Chinese nets and also the water taxis. Highly recommended

The staff was amazing at helping me plan my time. Clean room. Cappuccino maker for breakfast! Great air conditioning. Highly recommend this three star hotel right in Fort Cochin close to everything. Slept well. Block from the Chinese fishing nets.

Wonderful location right next to princess street. The old-world charm was very nice. Room was elegant and comfortable.
