Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

We recently stayed at the hotel for our annual review meeting with a group of 24 people. Our experience was exceptional in every way. _Cleanliness:_ The hotel and room cleanliness was excellent. _Amenities:_ The pool was stunning, with a beautiful scenic view. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. _Staff:_ The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. _Overall Experience:_ Our stay was truly worth it. We didn't face any difficulties, and the staff's exceptional service made our meeting and stay a huge success. We highly recommend this hotel for any group or individual stays.

We stayed in fragrant nature for 4 days in august 2024. Party of 6. Check in was smooth and quick. Staff at the front were welcoming and answered all of our questions. They gave us adjoining/connecting rooms as they expected we would need them, and we did. This was a great way to start the stay. The rooms were spacious and could accommodate 2 extra roll-in beds for our young ones. The room still had enough space for us not to feel congested or cramped. The food is excellent and we had a chance to meet the head chef, who was very diligent and took great pride in the food he put out. The service staff were kind and caring as well as paying attention to all of our needs. The highlight for us in the hotel was that we booked a cooking class with the chef and my 6 and 9 year old absolutely enjoyed. They literally helped make a full course meal and the head chef explained and ensured they participated in cooking all of the food. The best part of all this was that the meal they prepared turned out to be our lunch, and my kids were excited and surprised that they made delicious food. I thank the chef, sous chef and all of the culinary staff in making a true memory for my kids and us. I would definitely go back and stay at fragrant nature. The bar was quiet and nice, the bartenders were nice and engaging. The pool was well maintained. The overall experience was absolutely incredible. Thank you fragrant nature kochi

Don’t miss this place if you ever visit Cochin Jayasurya , Vrintha and Sujeesh gave us the best service and hospitality we could ever imagine This place is situated nearby Fort Kochi with beautiful interior design with a wonderful cafe named East India Cafe and it has tasty food. The tall clock tower which can be seen from anywhere is also owned by this firm which completely changes it overall attire Rooms here are also great but it does need some upgrades that reflect the overall design

Esperienza fantastica. Già all'ingresso della magnifica hall capisci che sei in un bellissimo albergo. Nulla ci ha deluso. Camere bellissime e spaziose, doccia enorme, con ogni confort. Non abbiamo avuto tempo di usare la palestra e la spa e mi dispiace. Lo staff è estremamente gentile e accogliente. Tornerei a Cochin solo per tornare in questo albergo

Awesome place to stay. Very helpful and supportive staff. My friends and I just wanted to relax and energise ourselves towards the end of our kerala trip and this was the perfect place to rest, swim, get a massage, eat great food and coast around Fort Kochi.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We went for one night then travelled to a friend’s wedding for several days and returned for three nights. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are well laid out and decorated in a lovely way. On the first night we had the basic room and the last three one of the rooms with a balcony looking out over the harbour. It was lovely to sit there and watch the birds and in the evening the bats. The staff are very kind and polite, nothing is too much trouble. We ate at the restaurant for the last three nights and the food and service was brilliant. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive catering for all tastes. They even made us a breakfast in a bag as we were leaving early. There are cheaper hotels there are cheaper restaurants but you definitely get what you pay for. We would go back if returning to Kochi and if travelling further in Kerala would look at using their other two hotels. ( Tip - download your Uber app made travelling around so easy)

Excellent hotel with very good service. Helped us with advice on local attractions and practical issues like transportation. Very good large room with all facilities. Excellent bedding and pillows. Very good room service. Attentive personnel.
