It was good could have been excellent if on last day of Check out when I extended my time on paid basis they would have cleaned my room if I am checking out at 6pm which was ore informed one night before still they did not clean my room when u left at 7:45 am and. AME back at 12 noon

Spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, good swimming pool, decent breakfast spread and great location. Walkable from Palarivatom metro station.
The exterior of the hotel, the reception/lobby and the lift are something they can improve to make it look attractive as they seem to be looking old.

Very poor response from the room service. We had to wait a long time for their reply for the order
after check out we had two calls from the front office 1)that we had not handed over the key. Then after some time they verified and found out the key
2) thatbwe have not paid the food bill. Then after checking with the person on duty, the replied that its done and the allegation was due to their improper documentation it a sort of insult to us when they said we left without paying the dues and without returning the key
they have not given us the final bill till now. Sorry. We cannot recommend this stay.

The stay was good, Clean rooms and toilet. Breakfast could be better. Over all the property is ok to stay.
