Excellent service, parking, breakast and lunch. Pleasant staff. Room clean. Some design fault with the lock of the washroom of Room 405. The thumb got caught between the knob and the gap with the sharp edge of the door frame. Not once multiple times unless extra careful. Similar sharp-edged object in front of TV on which the settop box is placed. Can scrape shoulder and lose skin if you rush. Space between chair and the clothes cabinet too tight for heavy persons. Otherwise, excellent.

Great service, food & overall ambience. Improvements required to make the rooms for stay to be carefully planned for elder stay plus make it friendlier for differently abled with accommodation planned for assisted stay. The fact that for assistance to differently abled there is a wheelchair available handily is pretty good

We had a good experience at Renai. Their rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There was ample parking. It is in the city centre and well connected through nearby metro station.

The Room was well maintained, Check In was smooth. Staffs @ Doorman, Front office, Room Service and Housekeeping was well mannered, Well Groomed, Informative and helpful. A recommendable stay.
