I recently stayed at Forte Kochi in India and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with a private courtyard pool that adds to the serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and made for a relaxing stay. With plenty to do nearby, we truly enjoyed our time and would gladly return.

This is a beautiful, niche, local high-end brand hotel with Portuguese style. Although the hotel was almost full when I checked in, all my requests, big and small, (including changing rooms twice because I was afraid of noise) were met. On the night of arrival, I dined by the pool while enjoying local traditional dance music, and the candlelight was a special experience. All the staff were very friendly and professional. With the meticulous care of the newly appointed chef, I had a delicious breakfast for several days. Afterwards, the unfinished fruit plate was also delivered to the room for free. Figure 3 is a 200-year-old Jewish healing spring, and many Jews still come here to soak. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with various shopping and attractions just outside. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, La chambre était très confortable, le personnel très gentil et efficace, les petits déjeuners étaient excellents et nous avons apprécié également la piscine qui permet de se détendre après une journée de visites. From the moment I stepped into Forte Kochi, it felt like I had time-travelled into a more graceful, charming era. The restored heritage architecture, with its colonial-era details and beautiful courtyard pool, immediately set the mood. Every corner has a story, and the property perfectly blends history with comfort. The rooms were spacious, full of character, and had the right touch of luxury without losing that old-world charm. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel more like a house guest than a hotel customer. Enosh was very supportive and helpful. Breakfast was a treat — fresh, delicious, and served in such a serene setting. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Fort Kochi, so you can walk to iconic spots like the Chinese fishing nets, historic churches, and charming cafes. Overall, it wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience — one where history, culture, and comfort came together perfectly. Can’t wait to come back!

La atención y el trato fueron excelentes y entre todos hicieron de nuestra estancia la mejor experiencia. El hotel es una antigua casa colonial preciosa, con una ubicación e instalaciones ideales. Todo estaba muy cuidado y limpio y la habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Todo el personal es muy atento y agradable, y desde recepción nos ayudaron mucho y nos pusieron todas las facilidades. También nos recomendaron actividades que nos encantaron y merecieron mucho la pena (hicimos el tour por la ciudad con un guía que fue de lo más interesante). El hotel disponen de servicio de taxi propio para los traslados al aeropuerto, lo cual nos resultó muy útil. Además, el restaurante (Jetty Restaurant) es muy bueno, con platos de estilo indio y auténticos de Kerala, así como algunos guiños occidentales. El chef y su equipo también son de lo mejor. Hicimos una cooking session con ellos y fue una experiencia fantástica. Realmente la estancia fue perfecta y nos llevamos un gran recuerdo.
