A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

Very stylish hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. A great breakfast with friendly staff. Good location, good pool and gym facilities. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. I enjoyed all aspects of the stay. The rooms facing back waters are best.

Excellent stay with extremely courteous and helpful staff that will make sure you have a great experience from check in to check out. Beautiful and spacious room and has direct accesability to Forum Mall. The only thing that can be better would be a few more continental options in the breakfast buffet.

ビュッフェスタイルの夕食が料金に含まれていたようで（朝食は有料で付けた）、一人旅だったけど、食事に悩まされることがなかった。現地の伝統的な食事が朝食や、夕食のビュッフェで選択できたので、満足できた。ビュッフェの選択肢も豊富だったので、飽きることがなかった。おいしかった。
フロントスタッフの女性にはとても感謝している。1泊目の夜は、隣接する建物が一晩中工事をしており（インドの人は働きすぎだと思う）、うるさくて眠れなかったと言ったら、すぐに部屋を変更してくれた。翌日はよく眠れた。
観光に関して尋ねると、いろいろ調べてくれて、車の手配もしてくれた。街歩きの後で、一人で帰ってくる予定だと言ったら、「困ったらホテルに連絡してくれれば、電話口で対応するから」と言ってくれたので、安心して街歩きができた。一人だったけど、安心して過ごすことができた。ホテルの人がいつも声をかけてくれて、気を使ってくれた。帰りの日の朝食では、ホテルからだと言って、ショートケーキを出してくれた。フロントのスタッフからは、カタカリダンスのマスクの置物を、お土産に持たせてくれた。とてもうれしかった。
お土産として、ほしいお菓子について質問したら、すぐに調べてくれた。隣接するモールで買い物ができると教えてくれた。おかげで、買い物を済ませて、スーツケースに入れて移動することができた。
快適に過ごすことができた。
また泊まりたいと思った。

It was a good stay, the rooms are very comfy and it does not have the usual hotel vibe. There is art everywhere you look, being very true to its name The Artiste. It was indeed a peaceful stay, even though its in a very busy part of the city. The staffs went above and beyond our expectations, especially Annu, Vishnu, Aswini and Angel. The food is good too, the breakfast buffet although it doesnt have a wide variety, but whatever was there tasted yum. Having forum mall nearby is really good too, opening us more options to have food and shop. Overall it was a good stay and will definitely come again.
