Centrally located, nice rooms and good breakfast BUT unfriendly staff, no good morning in the breakfast room and no questions about how we liked our stay when checking out. Garage prices were listed as 12 euros on the hotel channel and when we paid it was 18 euros per day. We said that and were laughed at. We then had a conversation with the manager but it didn't help. They are happy that they have staff. Good staff costs money. That in turn brings back satisfied guests. Not us. It's something to think about.
