Wunderbares Hotel. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Gut ausgestattet (z.B. Minikühlschrank). Schallschutzfenster: den Zugverkehr konnte man kaum hören. Sehr sauber. Parkplätze inklusive. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ab Ostern gibt es am Ufer eine kleine Fähre über den Rhein direkt zum anderen Ufer (Altstadt und Deutsches Eck).

Die Zudecken könnten etwas leichter sein. Schöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen sehr gut etwas wenig für den Preis. Ansonsten alles super. Direkt am Rhein. Danke für den tollen Empfang. U. Münster

Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein, wo wir eine Veranstaltung besuchten. Leider liegt hinter dem Hotel unmittelbar die Bahnstrecke, welche auch Nachts befahren wird und daher alle paar Minuten ein dunkles Rauschen das Zimmer erzittern lässt. Dafür waren auch bereits Ohrstöpsel im Bad hinterlegt, ohne die wäre es nicht gegangen. Problem war für mich persönlich, daß die Matrazen total durchgelegen waren und weich und biegssam wie eine Obstschüssel. Ich habe letztlich auf der Erde im Zimmer geschlafen, da eine Seitlage auf derart weichen Matrazen unmöglich war. Das Personal war freundlich. Zusammenfassend werden wir dort sicher nicht mehr übernachten.
