familiäres Hotel mit schön renoviertem Zimmer
Wir hatten ein 'Comfort Doppelzimmer' - ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Top renoviert, tolles Bad.
Einzig für die Kaffeemaschine (Tschibo Pad System) stellten wir uns entweder zu doof an, oder sie funktionierte einfach nicht ...
Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt, es gab alles was man so erwartete - keine (positive oder negative) Überraschung.
Parken mussten wir ca. 50m entfernt auf einem externen Parkplatz unter einer Brücke. Die Kosten dafür empfanden wir als relativ teuer.
Einziger kritikpunkt: das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalt (abends bis morgens) nicht und der Umgang mit dieser Information am nächsten Morgen hätte etwas netter sein können.
Ansonsten ein positives Fazit: schönes, familiäres Hotel, etwas abseits des Stadtzentrums (gut 10min zu Laufen) dafür nah am Bahnhof.

Instalações novas e pessoal atencioso. Permitiram nosso check in antes do previsto. Muito bom o café da manhã. Próximo da estação de trem (uns 10 min de caminhada), porém um pouco distante do centro comercial e das principais atrações turísticas (cerca de 1,5 km).

Very helpful staff.
Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience.

One of my favorite hotels ever! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, including the beds - I sleep badly at most hotels but slept peacefully here. Bathrooms also five star. The staff was very helpful and sorted out a reservation issue (my fault) with no hassles. Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and shops.
Plus there is a bus station right outside and the hpf (trains) are a block away. Amazing value for the price.

Value for money.
This is a delightful hotel. The staff and service were quite wonderful and the room was large, very clean and very comfortable.
Not a lot could be done about the small bathroom but having a seperate toilet was a bonus!
If there was one thing missing it was a bar fridge to hold a few things we had with us but I’m quite sure, that had we asked, this lovely 1930’s hotel would have accommodated.
A good breakfast, again, nothing was too much trouble.
Easy walking distance from the local attractions but blessedly quiet at night and I would highly recommend staying here.
