Spa Hotels in Kobe

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

This hotel location is in Shin Kobe JR station, convenient only if you want to have an easy commute to JR Shinkansen. Otherwise, I do not recommend staying this area as Sannomiya option is much better for more central location to connect to places even though the subway line is underneath this hotel as well. Things I don't like about the hotel is that it's old and travel during winter has no cold AC as it's central heating and dry, you cannot change the AC temperature. Breakfast is quite good so I suggest you to try it if you stay here (the hotel will give you two options - regular buffet or japanese set, I recommend the regular as it is buffet with options and you can find local Japanese food item there too).

It's a really old Sheraton. Although it's on an artificial island, it's not that inconvenient to go to the subway directly. There are also shops and art galleries downstairs. But the day I went there was a short holiday in Japan and all the rooms were full. It was the first time I encountered a long waiting list in the breakfast restaurant... I was really scared to death when I saw a bar full of people waiting for a table (it would have been a big mess in China). I was in a hurry to check out and catch the flight and tried to communicate with the usher whether I could pack it up. I didn't expect that they would arrange a seat temporarily. I was so grateful! The quality of breakfast was very good!

The hotel is in a very good location, about five minutes away from the JR station. You can take the elevator up the mountain to the hotel entrance. The room has a beautiful view, facing the sea view and the Mingmen Bridge. Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

The largest room I have stayed in in Japan. It has complete facilities and room to turn around. The location is very convenient, only two to three hundred meters away from Kobe Station. It only takes a few minutes to get to Kobe Port. The breakfast is mediocre and the supply capacity is limited. There should be more coffee machines. There is also a queue. Most hotels in Japan are small, and it is rare to find one with a sofa (which can be turned into a bed at night). But it was usually 500, and now it's over 1,000, which is quite expensive. Overall satisfied.

The selected 1.8 rice bed room, the area is OK in Japan. The bed is too soft! ! ! Stayed for six nights, changing towels every day to collect garbage, although I think the bedding does not need to be changed to be more environmentally friendly, but there is still a reminder. Two people lived in two room cards, one day forgot to bring a card to make up one, when I checked out, I was charged 3,000 yen, and a repeated use of the room card was too expensive!
