Kobe Hotels with Wi-Fi

Hands down best stay so far during my 15 days in Japan and the service is really immaculate. I've been to Japan on several solo trips and this is easily one of the most memorable hotels. The staff are really nice and the hotel room view is incredible. The room they upgraded me to speaks for itself, beautiful bathroom and really good amenities. Although the hotel is situated off the mainland, there is a portliner rail service and also a complementary shuttle service to two of the main stations in Kobe city area. Really value for money.

this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

We took room with a view on floor 33 . The view is good . Room carpet was really dirty we asked to change room and they say since it is fully booked they can just try to clean - after cleaning it was better but still some big stains where there

Been here multiple times times already. A lovely olace to stay at around temple and some arcane games. Also kinna close to JR station. Good place to stay at!

Who doesn't love hot springs? There are hot springs without going out, which is great! I like it here, because it is rare. I traveled alone in Japan. The people in this hotel did not discriminate against me, an Asian woman who stayed alone (I checked the online data, and the Japanese really treated foreigners differently! It turns out that I am not just at Dayuan B&B, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and Mandarin Oriental Tokyo have suffered) At Sheraton Kobe, everything I encountered this time was civilized and courteous, thank them for letting me continue to love the Sheraton brand.

Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

Stayed a couple of nights in this Hotel on our recent trip to Japan and it was the best of the lot. From the moment you are greeted at reception on the 17th Floor the service you get is excellent at this hotel. The room was a good size and the 3 of us had enough room. It was very clean with a great bathroom and a wonderfully powerful shower. The supplied cotton pyjamas were so good we ended up buying a set to take away. The breakfast was very good, a standard buffet with Japanese items available as well. Plus its the only breakfast I've had where sparkling wine was available. The terrace bar is also based on the 17th floor and has a great view of the city and a good selection of Japanese whiskeys and cocktails. We had dinner one night at the steakhouse which served us with the best Wagyu beef we had in Japan. If we are in Kobe again we will stay in this hotel. The staff were very attentive and always did their best to please us and the quality of the accommodation and the food was excellent.

This price range also feels like it is aimed at between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Overall good because it is a new hotel. So there is no closet. The suitcase is difficult to spread. However, it may be due to the room, but the toilet and bathroom are separate types. Shower head and temperature are good. Location - There are many delicious shops around. However, it seems that it is a little far from the station... JIM-I don't go. This side is also between Vijiho and luxury hotels. Personally, it is the best if there is a hot water pool, but if you go there, it is a luxury hotel or... I stayed in Rem plus Sannomiya directly connected to Sannomiya station. Both are new hotels, and the price range and strategy are similar, but I personally like this Royal Park. Which is a cool strategy for young people. However, the convenience of the location is definitely better.

Shower booth was amazing. I actually really enjoyed the shower sitting down. I thought it was small at first, but it was great. Room was spacious than the others hotel I stayed in japan. Clean and nice. Location was great also. I would stay there again.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. However, after observing one of the staff members my first thought was 'MOTTAINAI”. Because, the female foreign staff named Hou has exhibited a low level of behavior for this hotel. Her eyes looked unfriendly, because she never had a smile. In fact, she made a remark and criticism about my question. It became clear to me she is the unprofessional type who is not suitable for such a nice hotel. Photos are from room #507 where carpets had noticeable stains.
