Great stay in a very clean hotel typical of japanese business hotel. Perfect for solo traveller. Everything in room is well thought of.
No aircon in winter. But there is window.
Bus stop right in front of hotel will bring you to kone sannomiya train station !
Highly recommended.
The staffs at the reception are really warm and friendly. Room is clean and cosy. Love the skincare kit and face mask provided. Free ice-cream for hotel guests from 8pm to 10pm. Perfect location. Within walking distance to Hankyu Kobe Sannomiya Station and many food options. Highly recommend this Hotel.
The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

Compare with the price, the overall value is good. Because of the recent typhoon conditions, we canceled part of our trip. And decided to extend our stay in this hotel. We call them to change it before we heading to Japan. We found out booking the same room in Trip.com is much cheaper than call in. We highly recommended checking the Trip.com App. first. 👍👍
Great location! It’s about 2-3 minutes walk from JR Sannomiya exit. There’s a 7-11 beside the hotel and many restaurants nearby. I was given a free upgrade to a double room! The amenities and pyjamas are available at the lobby. There’s also a coin Laundromat and vending machine available at level 2.
Breakfast buffet was more of like Japanese style such as rice, natto, miso soup, veg and fish.
Well, hotel is next to metro/shinkansen Shinkobe .
Not much choice for eating around there after 9:00pm
Full of dirt mark on the Carpet……
Facilities/room/equipments are a bit old …..
Better stay near Sanomiya rather than Shinkobe
This is a wonderful hotel to stay while in Kobe. It is just next to Kobe Harborland and Kobe Port Tower. The room we had comes with a private balcony offering a spectacular view of the harbour. The room is clean, comfortable and has full amenities. The hotel provides bus shuttle service to and from Sannomiya Station. There is also a Family Mart located at the lobby where you can buy snacks, drinks and other additional amenities. Hotel is also walking distance from a Starbucks which opens at 7:30am should you need to get your coffee and the famous BE KOBE sign. Highly recommended.
Fantastic view of the harbor from the hotel room, which is located next to a water front park. The hotel is a bit classic but clean and reasonably comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for my family on our one day visit to Kobe.
The room was clean with plenty of amenities. Yet, the facility itself was quite old made some strange noises all night and day. I could hear the sound from upstairs and beside that made me uncomfortable.
Nice location, and decently sized rooms. I am rather large myself, 188cm, so like most Japanese hotels, size is always an issue for me, but it would be fine for anyone around 170cm.
Cleaniness is fine, and lifts move quick. Wifi is good.
Room service is on request, but they supply fresh towels every day.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

CChung JoyClose proximity to the train station.
A big thank you to the staff who saw us unwell at the dining area and offered us early check-in.
Hotel furnishing is modern.
Room was spacious.
Good price.
Small road behind hotel lined with restaurants.
Aeon mall next to hotel offers good priced shopping.
Wished there was a water dispenser to reduce plastic bottles.
GGuest UserVery good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours.
Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families.
The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very quiet, just a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya and Meriken Park, which is quite convenient. The hotel's breakfast toast is delicious. There is a peculiar smell in the bathroom in the room, but it only has one night, so the overall impact is not great.
SsumionholiyaysWe chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money.
MMerivynnStandard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street.
Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing.
The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.
MMayu975This time I wanted to experience a Japanese-style room. The room was quite clean and tidy, with basically complete facilities, including air conditioning and a refrigerator. Ctrip said that this apartment type requires a shared bathroom, but the one I stayed in has a separate toilet and shower.
The hotel didn't seem to have a front desk all the time. When I arrived, I had to wait for a while before someone came to greet me. After a brief check-in, I used a mobile phone translator to explain the check-in instructions. After being led to the room, I also introduced the situation of the room.
It's just that the sound insulation is slightly poor, and you can hear the door opening and closing next door clearly.
The next morning, I left early and didn't see the staff, so I left my keys at the front desk and left on my own.
The location is quite convenient. After getting off the Hanshin Line from Sannomiya Station, it's about 200 meters uphill, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Meriken Park.
MmharsnI liked the room. It had a good layout and everything I needed to be comfortable. The bed and pillow were nice, and the internet speed was good. However the desk and everything on it was covered in dust. It's located between the two main train stations, but close to neither.
When I checked out, I asked to leave my bags with reception for 2 hours while I went to breakfast, but was told that only guest checking in can check their bags ☹️. I was able to leave them in the lobby, though. There is construction happening right next door, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Long waits for the elevator, which is slow and busy.
Potentially, it's a nice hotel. It just needs some improvement to the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
JJiumeiziI couldn't eat because it was early in the morning.
I wanted pants because my pajamas were only long shirts.
The temperature was low and the room was warm with air conditioning, but it was cold without pants.
