Good: The hotel is centrally located and offers excellent amenities.
Bad: Despite arriving at 10 a.m. after a red-eye flight, I was denied early check-in even though my room was already available. My luggage was placed in the room, but I was told to return at 2:45 p.m. unless I paid an additional 2,000 yen per hour for early access.
Bad: The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was very unpleasant.

It's less than a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya. It seems a little busy at night, but it's tolerable.
The room was clean and nice. It seems that cleaning is optional, so if you don't want it, they will only change towels and take out the trash.
The large public bath is open from 4pm to 9am, so it was nice to be able to use it even late at night. When I used it, there weren't that many people there, so I was able to use it spaciously. However, the floor of the changing room was wet and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell. I wonder if they don't clean the large public bath when it's open?

I came up by cable car so it was close!!
The room is really nice to feel the Japanese style!!
But the room I stayed in didn't have a shower (it may be different for each room) so I had to wash in the large bath! (I gave up the shower and booked a large Japanese style room)
There's only one bathroom and it's a bit old. The room size was too big for one person. That's a good thing. And the kaiseki was okay. The staff was super friendly!!
