非常老錢的酒店，定的海景房，可以直接看見美利堅公園的景色。步行去三宮站和美利堅公園都在1分鐘左右，位置很好，酒店大堂在17樓，另外17樓有神户牛肉的鐵板燒，人均1000+，非常值得一試。這趟最滿意的酒店。

酒店管理不行，服務態度也差。入住808房間，進房間就其實發現minibar酒的擺盪亂七八糟，沒有放在心上，因為不感興趣裏面的飲品。第二天打掃就給了我一張單子，説minibar消費兩瓶啤酒一共1800日元，當時打電話給客房部 ，就説要去調查。然後第三天早上 ，退房時，又拿出來這張minibar消費單給我。然後又是各種什麼要跟客房打掃確認，其實入住了兩晚還在酒店和牛鐵板燒燒烤一共花費5000rmb，沒必要為了幾十塊rmb飲料喝了説沒有喝吧，態度太差，用翻譯器碼字“今日雖然不高，但是沒有消費，拒付”，對客户一點尊重感覺也沒有，特別是前台短髮女主管，態度高傲。
