I was serenading my wife on her birthday playing on my flute and the hotel manager sent staff to tell us to stop, saying it was "breaking the ambience", though there was no other people in the coffee lounge. All the normal staff members were nice and helpful, but whoever was in charge of the lobby morning of Apr 2 was not.

This was our second visit here. The staff is very helpful, and there is a free transfer not just to and from the station - if you want a pickup from the town or the ropeway during your stay, they will help too.
