The overall price-performance ratio is very unreasonable. The room is large but not practical. There are almost no toiletries. The towels are old and few. The bathroom and the space for clothes are very cold. There is no floor heating. There are no humanized items. It is the worst hot spring hotel I have ever stayed in.
The service is rigid. After checking in, they never showed up again. You have to pay for everything. You have to buy water and coffee yourself. Fortunately, there is a very good cafe downstairs. This hotel is located near the central area of Arima Onsen, not far from Kinyu Ginyu. This is a small Japanese-style hotel. There are no public baths in the hotel, only two private hot springs. No reservation is required. The lights will be on when someone is using them. It is more convenient and suitable for couples and families. But there is no open-air hot spring♨️. The food was good, but the dinner portion was small. The wagyu beef portion I paid extra for was also very small, which was a bit disappointing.
