單從泡温泉本身的角度，可以推薦，特色金湯很舒服，兩個館共有三個池子可以泡，但老館的兩個池子設施都非常陳舊，門都掉漆了，泡完想喝口冰水甚至沒個紙杯。此外，從一泊二食角度，年輕的服務人員的工作素養下降了很多：1、入住時，由女服務員帶到房間，但她衹推一個旅行箱，另一個看我們自己拿着，就無視了；在房間介紹設施時語氣宛如機器人，告訴她浴衣尺碼是s和m，m號還給我一套男式的（兩名女士入住）；問私湯在哪裡怎麼預約，衹説去前台問。2、已提前留言最近腸胃不好，不能吃生食，明明回覆説好的，結果晚餐還是有一份給的生魚片（衹能把熟的那份讓給媽媽）。儘管如此，年長些的送餐、鋪床的女性侍者就非常友善，永遠面帶笑容，會不厭其煩地戴上眼鏡用手機把菜品介紹翻譯成英文給我看，還特別提示我有事隨時電話撥給她們，讓我找回了一點平成年代的感覺。

整體體驗不錯，除了價格偏貴沒有其他問題。雖然想要更加日式風格的庭院和建築，這個酒店偏日式現代風格。
夏天去的話隔着窗户看到整片青山，確實有種畫框取景的愜意，温泉也很解乏。不過最適宜去的季節應該還是秋季，欣賞滿山紅葉（如果山上不是常青樹的話）
由於平台方、酒店、顧客三方的付款政策沒溝通清楚，最後退房的時候產生了誤會。酒店堅持沒有受到網上的付款，要求線下付款包括早晚飯，税，住宿，私湯等一系列費用。作為顧客一開始以為被雙花了，因為確實在網上交過了錢。2天總共的價格大約消費了221110日元，摺合港幣或者人名幣約11000元。第一時間聯繫平台方客服也説我們的付款包括了食宿，認為線下付款有爭議，不應該再付食宿的錢。後來才弄清楚在trip上的付款衹是用於鎖定房間，會在退房時全款退回。

I visited for the purpose of enjoying the free-flowing hot spring water. The water was very nice and I was very satisfied. I felt refreshed. ✨
The dressing rooms and the hotel were clean and I had no complaints.
There are two souvenir corners within the facility.
There are also large rooms and a karaoke dining area, so it's probably the best place to visit with a group of people.
However, I was bothered by the smell of the bathroom in the room, probably because it was a cheaper room.

When I was taking a bath, I happened to meet Stav cleaning the hot springs. There were few people and it was clean.
The front desk also helped to book a bus ticket back to Kobe.
