Arima Onsen Gekkoen Korokan

房間裏的湯池，很方便，半露天，公湯的金湯體驗了，環境私密，食物也很美味，到車站打電話會有酒店專車來接。有馬還是值得一趟專程的拜訪。

とても満喫できました。 温泉は種類も多くて最高でした。 マッサージチェアが無料で使えたのも良かったです。

今次入住了兩晚，第一日晚餐是懷石料理，第二晚是神戶牛，份量足夠。酒店內有三個不同特色的私人風呂，還提供護膚用品，十分貼心。房間望出去翠綠山景，整體清潔乾淨。酒店還有專車接送到車站，非常方便。前堂職員態度親切有禮。

酒店整體環境舒適．汽車接送．是要説英語和日語交流才能接你，酒店沒有懂中文，可本人即不懂外語，也不會説日語，找協程幫我約接我去酒店很不方便。

兩天分別是懷石和神户牛肉火鍋，還有私湯，超爽！

From the perspective of the hot springs itself, I can recommend it. The signature golden bath is very pleasant, with three pools across two buildings. However, the two pools in the old building are very dated, with peeling paint on the doors. After a dip, I wanted to drink some ice water without even a paper cup. Furthermore, regarding the "one night, two meals" option, the young staff's workmanship has declined significantly: 1. Upon check-in, the waitress showed us to our room, but she only pushed a suitcase and ignored us after seeing we were carrying our own. When explaining the amenities, her tone was robotic. I told her that yukata sizes were S and M, but she gave me a men's set (for two women). When I asked where the private baths were and how to make reservations, she simply told me to ask at the front desk. 2. I had left a message in advance saying I had a stomach issue and couldn't eat raw food, but I replied that I had agreed, yet I was still given one serving of sashimi for dinner (I had to give the cooked portion to my mother). Despite this, the older female waiters who served food and made beds were very friendly, always smiling, and would patiently put on their glasses and use their mobile phones to translate the descriptions of the dishes into English for me. They also reminded me to call them anytime if I had any questions, which made me feel a little bit like the Heisei era again.
