個人體驗，前台女服務員態度很傲慢，真的是來那麼多天踩到唯一雷。 飯店也沒澡堂，房間又小又臭，CP值完全不高。 個人建議在大阪住一晚一樣的錢花費都可以住上三星，四星飯店，個人不建議在神戶住一晚，建議當天去神戶玩一天回大阪休息。

減輕我來對神戶的緊張情緒，非常的制式的服務！
若是不打掃房間，可以把髒的毛巾放在袋子裏掛在門口外，清淨服務人員，會把乾淨的毛巾備品及礦泉水裝乾淨的袋子互換！👍👍
而且入住的第三天強迫入內清潔！會提前告知！👍
但是，廁所鏡子上方的燈..抬頭就看的到厚厚的灰塵，桌上的檯燈也是灰塵…
