The price is very affordable, less than NT$1,500 per night. A double bed of normal size is enough for you as long as you are not particularly tall. The service at the front desk is very good. There is also a Chinese service staff who directly explains that two popsicles are given for one room. The second floor is 24 hours a day. You can use a simple beverage bar and a microwave oven.
The size of the room is reflected in the price. The room is on the small side. It takes a little skill to fully open the suitcase. The pillows are so-so, but everything else is good. There is a hotel-appointed parking lot nearby, and you can park overnight for 1,500 yuan at a time! Self check-out is very convenient.
The location is very good, just inside the shopping street, where you can go shopping and eat, simple supermarkets, and convenience stores.

We chose this hotel as it was very near all the shopping streets. However, for the price we paid (about SG$120 per night), it is definitely not worth it. Before arriving at Kobe, was paying the same room price (and even less) at Osaka and Kyoto but these other hotels were way way better. Breakfast was very sad, can skip and go elsewhere to eat. Room was so so cramped. Overall it is no value for money.
