Kobe Seishin Oriental Hotel

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

After having fun at Nesta Resort Kobe, I stayed here with my family. It's right in front of the station, and there's a 7-Eleven and a restaurant in front of the hotel (the food at the izakaya called Kosuke right next to the hotel was delicious!), so it's a very convenient location. There's also plenty of parking space, and since we parked underground, we were able to get in and out of the car without getting wet even in the rain. We stayed on the executive floor on the 16th floor, and the room was larger and more spacious than a regular business hotel, so it's recommended for people with a lot of luggage or children who move around a lot!

The hotel has a good foundation, but the facilities are too old (a declining five-star hotel). The room is large. There is a medium-sized AEON supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for replenishing supplies and can refund taxes. Many small restaurants nearby are visited by locals. Although there are not many choices, they are also good value for money. The service attitude of the hotel staff is good. The location is remote. It takes 30 minutes to drive to Kobe and 50 minutes by train. The nearby restaurants close early. Many are not allowed to enter between 8.30-9pm. There are not many electrical sockets in the room, and there is no USB port. If you want to clean the room, you must hang a sign, otherwise it will not be cleaned, which is different from the usual (so 4 stars). This time, because I drove by myself and brought children (need a large room), and several attractions are not far from this hotel, so overall, I think it is good. However, if you are walking and traveling freely, and mainly in Kobe City, this hotel is very inconvenient and not recommended. This time, I was unable to go to the center of Kobe because of the long distance and some other reasons.

The location is very good, just 200 meters from Kobe Seishinchuo subway station. It is located in the most central business district in the area, with a supermarket opposite. There are barbecue restaurants, hospitals and schools nearby. There is delicious teppanyaki on the eighth floor.
