交通非常方便，離神户三宮站3、4分鐘路程，酒店還是蠻乾淨的，二樓餐飲區提供免費的咖啡和茶（茶的品種很多），還有微波爐可以加熱，這裏的員工服務態度也很好，看到很多日本人也住在這家酒店。
