Kobe Luminous Hotel Sannomiya

每次來神户都住在這裏，地理位置很好，周圍很安靜，房間也不錯很乾凈，一個人出行可以住小房間，人多可以預訂他們三十幾個平的大房間。這家很推薦，周邊去哪裡也都很近，性價比很高了

居心地良くてまた利用したいです。

Overall clean. There were three people in the lobby, so I was able to check in right away, even in the middle of the night. There is a parking lot, but it costs 1600 yen. I called in the evening on the day, and they said it was already full, so I parked in a municipal parking lot about 3 minutes on foot. The municipal parking lot costs about 1700 yen. Sannomiya Station is about 7 minutes on foot, so it's easy to access. The semi-double room is a little small, but the bathroom is pretty clean and there is a unit bath. The bed was a semi-double, so it was a little small for two people. For short-term stays, the room is not cleaned, but amenities and towels and spare pajamas are hung on the door. I didn't know this and asked for a towel when I returned to the hotel, but the staff was happy to provide a replacement towel, so I felt that the service was good. There is free bottled water in the lobby at night, so I took it and went back to my room. There is no morning service. You can leave your luggage after checking out. There is only one road in front of the hotel, so if you approach by car, it's better to check in advance which way you can enter. If you try to go the other way, it will be a long detour. There is an art museum nearby.

何も問題なく過ごせました

彼氏と3回以上宿泊しています。 お部屋がとても綺麗で清潔で、広いです！ チェックインの時に入浴剤をくれるのも嬉しいポイントです。 ホテルの近くにはセブンイレブンがあり、部屋でNetflixも見れて関空行きバス乗り場まで徒歩10分ほどで、とてもお気に入りのホテルです。 また泊まります！

The room was spacious and clean and I was very satisfied, but I was very disappointed that the toilet in the lobby was dirty in the morning. The cleaning staff was supposed to come at 9:00, but I wish they would keep the hotel lobby clean regardless of the time. It was a very nice hotel, but I was quite disappointed that the toilet in the lobby, which is the face of the hotel, was dirty.

房間比起其他酒店大許多，衞生間，洗面池，浴室乾濕分離，非常舒適，酒店提供免費瓶裝水，酒店大堂也很寬敞，非常滿意的一家酒店。
