The hotel is on a hillside, so it's difficult to pull luggage, but the environment is good. It's not recommended to book two meals and one night, and it's more cost-effective to order dinner separately. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with it, and the room is big.

The hotel is located high up, offering a panoramic view of Arima town. For those with large luggage, you can contact the hotel for pick-up.

I haven’t been to Arima Onsen (carbonated hot spring) for many years. This Rikkai Hotel is located above Arima Onsen Commercial Street. If you have luggage, call for pick-up service. If you don’t have luggage, walk up slowly for about 10 minutes. The location, environment and services of the hotel are good, and there are also outdoor hot springs. If you are a couple or a family, make a reservation in advance for the "Ni-no-yu" for 3,300 yen per hour. For dinner, you can have wagyu beef, or you can have a buffet. Breakfast is a simple buffet. It is recommended to book a room with dinner and breakfast. Otherwise it would be troublesome to walk back. It's better to soak in hot springs more often. Will stay here again next time.

夕食はすき焼き鍋＋ブッフェを選びました。 ブッフェにローストビーフがあるのですき焼きは必要ない気がしますが、 私の家族はすき焼きのみ食べていました。 私は両方食べたので食べすぎでした。 アルコールが一杯1000円くらいするので、少し高めです。 ソフトドリンクやコーヒーはブッフェにあるので無料です。 宿泊棟が別館だったのでとても不便でした。 エレベーターに２度乗るのはいいとしても、傾斜地なので上か下か迷います。 またいつも通路で道に迷う人を見かけます。 大浴場は金泉、銀泉、サウナあり。 銀泉は以前から茶色く金泉のようです。 化粧コーナーもお風呂もとても使いやすくて良いです。 中心街からはかなり厳しい登り道です。 送迎バスあります。

As for towels, you have to bring your own towels from your room, which is a bit of a hassle. The price of the dinner buffet has gone up, but the quality is much lower than before, so I don't think I will use it again in the future. I've used the Japanese restaurant before, but I don't think I'll use it again, so I recommend it to people who want to enjoy the hot springs more than the food.

I used it for lodging and meals the other day. Compared to a few years ago, the service has clearly deteriorated, and the difference from other facilities at the same resort made me wonder if it was the same Tokyu Resort. It's a shame because you can take a shuttle from the station and there are plenty of facilities such as hot springs and shops. The restaurant was good. Arima is a hot spring resort and a favorite place to visit once every few years, but personally, I don't think I will be using this facility again in the future.
