The Blue Sky Resort@ Koh Payam

We are very excited about this resort. Everything is just right here. The location is fantastic and there is (almost) always a cooling wind blowing over here from the sea. So the hot temperatures at midday can be endured very well outside. The beach and pool are cleaned every morning. At low tide, the sea retreats about 20 - 40 meters and invites you to collect shells. We were also able to admire small starfish and nimble crabs. Our accommodation was right on the beach. Very well equipped and cleaned daily by 2 very friendly women. There was a kettle, instant coffee, tea bags, 2 bottles of water and shampoo, shower gel, ear swabs and shower caps and were replenished daily. The living area is a bit small, there is more space in the rear round bungalows. But you have a nice roof terrace upstairs and can enjoy the view over the sea. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, geared a little more towards Thai guests, but we were also given omelettes or extra fruit on request. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Here we would particularly like to highlight Nai, who has always taken care of our needs in a very competent and friendly manner. He speaks good English and knows the island very well. He also organizes beautiful boat trips. We would love to come back and would highly recommend The Blue Sky Resort as the best resort on the island.
