We were there last year and had a good time, so we came back but there were too many unpleasant things. as soon as we arrived, at the reception there was a very unpleasant girl (and she was for the whole holiday) who had a reservation for 2 people, while we had booked for 3. once the issue was resolved they gave us a room which probably wasn't they had been using it for quite some time, because it was dirty. the third bed for the little girl was 4 mattresses placed on the floor, dirty and full of dirt and insects and so we made the little girl sleep in our beds. during the night my wife was bitten by an insect and we had to go to the emergency room. the next day we had our room changed and the new one was clean and tidy. at the time of check out, the girl at the reception always tells us that we had not yet paid the bill for "2" rooms (when the room is still one, even if we have moved), while we had given the deposit in July 2023 and paid in January 2024. After hearing from the booking manager, everything was resolved, but this place lacks organization. It's a shame because last year we had a very good time.
