무슬림들의 최대절기 하리라야와 맞물려서 숙소가 몇개 남아있지않았고 평소보다 훨씬 비싼가격에 예약을 하게됐어요. 메인길과는 거리가 좀있어(구경하다보면 금새도착은 함)서 체크인과 체크아웃시 페리선착장까지 데려다 주십니다. 조식은 간단하지만 다양하게 맛있는 편이었고 오래된 숙소여서 많이 노후화 됐어요~

The hotel is modest, but clean and quite nice. The pool is clean, breakfasts are meager, for 4 days they practically did not change. But you can eat your fill (scrambled eggs, rice, pancakes, toast, fruits). The staff is friendly, they brought a hairdryer upon request.

Having read so many positive reviews, I simply dreamed of living here. The main photo on trip.com showed a huge panoramic window. But something went wrong and my booking was not confirmed. A moment later the price went up and I was already in a time crunch. So I urgently booked at a higher price. When we arrived and went into the hotel, I was already disappointed. Because it did not look like a resort. An ordinary hotel, even somewhat reminiscent of a guest house. Noisy, many people, a strange smell, reminiscent of poop, no luxury felt at all. Two girls took our things and carried them to the room. And imagine my surprise that there was no window ... What ?! I thought ... The lighting was very dim. There was not even a kettle in the room. For this I paid almost 4000 baht per day. And we had to live there for 2 days. I approached the administrator, who apparently is also the owner of the establishment, and shared my complaints. He offered another room, which was right by the pool. When I entered it, I heard a loud noise in the bathroom. And I had to refuse this room. I asked the owner to cancel the reservation. After all, for this money I could have rented something more comfortable. For my part, I made a request to trip com. The owner of the hotel first dragged out the time. And then flatly refused to cancel the reservation. He became aggressive. Trip com also refused to solve the problem. I paid the money in advance. And my son and I had to move into a room that looked like a crypt. It was very offensive. And unpleasant. The air conditioner in the room was dirty and gave off a moldy smell. We had to not use it. In the morning we went to breakfast, which was included. And we were also upset. For 4,000 baht per day, the choice was very poor, and the food was not even covered with film. Flies were flying around and landing on it. The next day we were moved to a room with a window. But a cat regularly ran into it from the balcony. In the evening I went to the pool: the water was covered with a greasy film and had a rotting smell. There is a swamp next to the hotel. And Sunrise Beach is not very suitable for swimming, since there are many boats and it smells of diesel. When checking out, they organized a free transfer for us. It was nice. Overall, I really regret the money spent. I think that staying in a hotel like this, even taking into account the price index of Koh Lipe, should not exceed 2,000 baht per day.

Excellent, good, everything is old but strong. In some places you can see cobwebs. The pool is clean. There is water, the air conditioning is good. It is located 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach!
