We stayed in a family room. The next door was under renovation. The noise never stopped from morning to night. We were here for vacation. It was a bad experience. There was a snake in the bathroom one night. I called the front desk and they said there was no one at the front desk after 8 o'clock every day.

I booked a basic room, but I just slept there. I spent the day in the sea or on the street.

This time I booked a family villa room with my friends. The upper and lower floors are very spacious. The hotel has a beautiful sea view. I lie in the hotel every day to enjoy the scenery. I will come again if I have the chance.

I liked everything very much. Deluxe room. Beach with a living reef. I liked everything. Very polite and helpful staff.

The Cliff Hotel Review on the Sunset side It is said to be the best hotel on the Sunset side. The price depends on the package you choose, the tour agent you book, the season and the room type. Ours is a Pool villa We got it for 4,811.66 THB which is a discounted price from Trip.com platinum member 😁 A staff came to pick us up at the accommodation. The person who picked us up said We came back from diving and called the hotel to pick us up. The person said that I had been waiting for you at the pier for a long time 😂 I forgot to say that I didn't come from the pier, but I didn't call. When we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. There was a welcome drink of roselle juice, very refreshing, along with Pocky. We went to check in at the breakfast room and the staff took us to our room. We got to dip in the pool in front of the room for a while. It would be a shame if there were some fun in the pool, but the private pool was open, so it didn't look very private, even though there were few people so it seemed private. Then we went diving in front of the hotel. The room's air conditioning cooled down quickly, but I didn't like the bathroom. At night, I was afraid to go out to use the bathroom. The highlight of this place is the view, the breakfast line, the activities, the staff. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is very good. Going down to the hotel, there are many kinds of fish. The disadvantage is that the tap water and the toilet water are not clear. We have to buy water to wash our faces. Far from the walking street, lonely at night. And some of the common areas need to be renovated. It looks old. But the activities are complete. The food is delicious, especially Egg Benedict, waffles are very delicious. Thai tea is not too sweet and strong. The bacon is well-made. Pad see ew is very delicious. Dim sum is so-so. The accommodation will have a last round to drop off at the walking street at 19:00. The sunset view that I was busy taking a shower and sleeping in the air conditioner. When I came out again, it had already set. Oh my, I was busy sleeping in the middle of the sea. Strength Breakfast Seriously 🤣 Private, quiet Very serious about breakfast. Everyone is friendly. And I was surprised that I came alone. This price is worth it for 2 people, but it must be the night before going back. The first night, you can sleep anywhere that is convenient to travel, not too expensive. Because the next day we will go diving. There is no time to use the hotel's resources.

1. Transfer. I wrote to the hotel's email and duplicated the message to Trip about my arrival. The transfer was never organized. 2. Room. The price is clearly too high. The room has long been in need of at least cosmetic repairs. 3. Breakfast. A very, very poor buffet. Bottom line: the hotel is far from 4*. There are more interesting options on the island at a reasonable price. I would not stay here again
