1. The room facilities are old and the door creaks. Although the air conditioner looks new, the cooling effect is very poor;
2. It is obviously the off-season and there are few people staying. I sent an email in advance to ask if I can stay in a similar hotel near the sea, but there was no reply at all. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed it to the front desk and they said that I had to pay extra. We proposed to cancel it immediately and rebook it in person, but they didn’t agree at all. Their attitude was arrogant. In the end, I had to accept the 1,000 yuan increase in price in order to be closer to the restaurant;
3. The sheets are very clean, but the mosquitoes are endless. I was bitten more than 60 times a night. It’s inhumane. I don’t know where so many mosquitoes came from;
4. Don’t even think about sleeping in in the morning. Various machines start to make noises after 8 o’clock. The room is not soundproof!
I stayed at Bendhaya in Lipe Island last year and it was really good. The service was good, the breakfast was rich, and the massage was comfortable. It was completely different from this year. It’s really changed! !

The location of this hotel is amazing . The breakfast is very low level is from 2 star not interesting . There is not service during the breakfast. The staff they don’t take care about the client . I hurt my back opening one sun umbrella because the staff are careless they don’t help or care the client . After came back from the clinic from therapy nobody care of what happen or came to say sorry . The bungalow are quite old need to be renovate .

Super hotel, away from the local port, no people on the beach. Close to all beaches, walkable. Breakfasts are great!
